this is the worst dunkin in worcester. never ever in my life have i gotten any of my orders right from this place. they only care abt giving the food quickly and not making it good for us. id love to get what i payed for everytime like pls. worst dunkin place ever.
Every. Single. Time. My order is somehow wrong. Whether it's my coffee or my food. And the person taking my order, no matter who they are, are rude. Constantly saying "ok" without hearing me and in a rude tone. It's getting annoying. They make sandwiches wrong (cooking bread and other stuff together instead of the bread being separate). I used to be a manager of a dunkins for 4 years, and I have been more than understanding but the constant mess ups are infuriating. Also, make sure when making a coffee with Splenda, the dispenser isn't empty... I wouldn't recommend this dunkins to anyone till they fix their problems

Past 2 months August/September 2024 I come through every weekend and coffee tastes so bad. I have to throw it away And my food order is messed up every time as well as instructions on the coffee.I canât have cream and thatâs been in my coffee two times in those trips. Itâs just not worth going back anymore.

Staff is rude, consistently prepares the wrong food not what was ordered. Gave a hard time when we politely corrected and asked to refund the incorrect items (cost more than what was ordered) and provide the correct order.
