CertaIt seems to me that the manager showed no mercy to consumers regarding the food orders I requested, as my order was simply nodded at and rung up without any prompts. The staff neglected the consumer's requests.
don't understand how a million-dollar company and a small franchise can serve bad quality food to consumers' requests. My order for well-done bacon and hash browns was only half done, soggy, and poorly presented. The bacon was not even crispy, even though it takes only 3 to 5 minutes in a quick-convenience oven to cook properly.

The employees on the morning shift are the rude and miserable! Absolutely disgusted with the way they treated a handicapped blind person. It was heartbreaking. The cashier needs to be fired! Miserable rude woman!!!

Dunks has hit rock bottom finally. The food is barely edible. Gone are the days when the coffee and donuts were made fresh on site. The product is just garbage. Today I was served the worst everything bagel ever. Warmed, but definitely not toasted, this almost plastic like concoction was flavored as if it was made in a chemical factory not a bakery. Shaking my head Dunks; what ever happened to the quality offerings you once provided to your customers.

I never come into this Dunkin’ even though I live across the street I went in today for 3 donuts gave the cashier a $50 bill for my order of $5.10. As shes waiting for more cash from the manager she tried to cheat me out of $1 which I caught and she didn’t ask question when I said I’m missing money. Just got home and they even took money from just the coins like really 35 cents they can not just give me back my correct change wow crazy work I will not be going to this Dunkin donut again now if I say something I’m wrong for it right? I will just avoid them all together no business keep my $1.35 they tried to take from my change. They are not American they are foreign great job losing a customer lol

If you're in a heated rush, don't bother ~ the line may look short but I stood behind an adult ordering donuts that tested my patience & I gave up.
When I saw this little girl nibbling on a sprinkle donut, I swear DD should put her in every commercial ⭐ She made my heart smile.
FYI, if you need directions anywhere (including the bathroom), don't waste time asking them.
Bad service, rude staff. They serve all hot coffees in paper cups now, which are very hot to hold. I asked for a second cup to insulate better when holding in your hand, especially for my elderly mother who also was walking with a cane. The young girl told me I had to pay extra for the cups...even though I just purchased 2 coffees...she could have cared less and shrugged her shoulders and turned away...bad bad bad customer service and rude rude employee.
Food certainly did not look like advertised. My coffee was good, my wife’s was not.

do NOT buy XL cups. your drink is just a large. The bottom of the cup does not reach the length of the cup. so they charge you extra for nothing. its like a whole inch or inch and a half that is not reached
