I visited the WRTA Central Hub in 2022 and had a positive experience. The hub is incredibly convenient, allowing you to reach almost any corner of Worcester City using their buses. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.
Bus information is readily available on their website, which is very user-friendly. They also provide a map that is easy to read, making navigation simple and stress-free.
Overall, the WRTA Central Hub is a great resource for getting around Worcester City efficiently and comfortably.

It is a great service. Free and accessible for everyone. Easy for people with disabilities and staff is often so kind with them.
The only concern is that it looks like there is no specific number of people they let in. It is too crowded sometimes. It makes me think that if there is an unexpected event, we may have some problems because of that.
It would be great to stop letting people in after a certain number.
But overall, WRTA is a wonderful service.

Way to many drug addicts and homeless hanging around and harassing bus riders for money and etc. As well as buses arriving later than what is being posted, I can honestly say I dont feel safe at all

The 24 is supposed to get to the hub at 2:10 but goes out of its way to be late. Fire the him, I always miss my connecting bus.
I go to school at Worcester Tech and it's ALWAYS late. It's supposed to get here so it can be at the hub at 2:10 but no, it's always late. This shouldn't normally be a problem (even though it shouldn't happen at all) but my connecting bus 33 leaves the hub at 2:10. So yeah that's obviously a problem, but more specifically, the bus gets here like 5 to 10 minutes late for NO reason. The problem appears to be that it just sits at UMass for 5 to 10 minutes. Like why? It is also more of a problem because the 33 only comes once an hour, so I'm basically wasting an hour of my life every day ON TOP of the hour I waste on the bus. So yeah if you want to waste 260 hours a year because of unreliable and incompetent people, ride the WRTA. I love Worcester and want to see it grow and develop but this needs to change and I'm definitely not riding when I have to pay for it. It would probably be faster and more reliable to run 13 miles home than ride the WRTA. Also yesterday it came 10 minutes early then not again for another 40 minutes and despite being somewhat of an athlete I couldn't run fast enough to go back in time.

Schedule doesn't mean jack to these drivers. It's taking me an extra hour to get home because two different drivers on two different routes decided they're going to run ten minutes early. This is a repetitive situation.
Update: still horrible. At 6:05pm bus 27 was 29 minutes away. It is now 6:34pm and the bus is still 13 minutes away.
It is now 6:40 and the bus is no longer on the list. 6:45 on the list again, 2 minutes away. 6:47. 4 minutes away 6:57 pm. 19 leaving. 27 still arriving. 6:50 2 minutes away. 6:51 arriving. 6:53 still arriving. 6:55 still arriving. 6:56 19 arrived. Took this one instead 6:57 leaving on 19, 27 still never showed up. These people suck so bad. Just walk, takes the same amount of time.
8/31/2024: took 27 bus to hub. Got on 31. 31 goes in opposite direction. Turns out driver didn't change bus number until we were leaving the station. Was on 1, not 31. Had to cancel appointment today. This bus system is the absolute worst.
