Well, I see I’m not the only one who feels this way and why this location has such low reviews. I was looking forward to treating myself to a coffee this morning and left with such a bad taste due to the customer service. Do better guys, it’s not that difficult to be kind.

My favorite iced coffee is with four scoops of cream and three scoops of caramel. Today I went through the drive-thru, and after tasting my iced coffee, it was too sweet. So I went back through the drive-thru and told the girl to make me a new one or give me a refund, but she didn't want to serve me through the drive-thru because it was too cold. This is my work dunks, the staff sre great, efficient, in over two years going here since i started at my new site, going 3-5 times a week u cant on one hand the number of mistakes ive had in my orders. And im absolutely sure they would do their best ti correct them if i had gone back in.

There have been multiple occasions where they lock the doors hours before closing time. Every time I go through the drive thru, they don’t pay attention to your order and just talk to each other. Very bad customer service.

they arent opening the door on schedule, were insanely rude, and refused service, after back n forth they said they can only make coffees, but how?? the store is on open hrs.. Complete rudeness, unwillingness to work, and didnt even have the majority of working stations open
