I have been consistently going to this dunkin for a while the workers are nice and seems to work fast for how packed it gets. But it seems quite consistent that any specialty/fancy order is messed up even when the lines are short. For instance today the specialty coffee orders was absolutely horrible and undrinkable like something had gone bad but was used anyway, but the simpler standard coffee with almondmilk and sugar perfect. It's not a bad location just incrediblely inconsistent and not the fastest but will absolutely do the job if in a pinch.Parking: 10 parking spots, but drive through line sometimes backs up into the street

Got yelled at by their drive through employee for placing my mobile order at a time that was inconvenient for them…aka 8:30 on a Sunday morning lmao. Mind you I used to be a regular since I live a block away, but every time my order has been placed verbally at the drive through it comes out completely wrong because there is a language barrier. Their employees are super rude and they definitely need to re-staff the entire store if they want to succeed. I’d just take the extra 5-6 minutes and go to literally any other location.

No bathroom usage due to homeless blocking. Was informed overdoses and people dying in the bathroom so no availability ?

one of the worst dunkin locations. The woman that takes orders barely speaks english, iqnores you, & they all do the bare minimum for orders. Gave me soggy hash browns, which ive never had before. Barely put any cream cheese on my bagel, shoulda just gave me a plain bagel, smh. They stay messing up my drinks and not adding my extra paid for espressos. I wont come here again. Just not worth it.

Had it roped off for walk in orders. When asked if they were open got a bit of an attitude from the workers. Food was okay and hot chocolate was hot. Messy sitting area.
