I waited over 10 minutes for them just to even take my order mind you I was one of two people waiting at the front counter when I finally got my food 10 minutes later the breakfast wraps were burned to a crisp by the way waiting this long made me late for work and when I asked for a muffin as a replacement they copped an attitude they gave me the muffin but you could tell they were super annoyed. I would avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all costs

No one paying attention to counter. Standing here over 5 minutes while they are gossiping in the back currently. All can be heard. Mind you, there are beeps when main doors open when someone enters the establishment…… coffee never is accurate of what’s asked….please retrain these employees!!

“They’ll wait.” Absolutely despicable dine in service. I’ve never felt the gross disrespect and nasty attitude from any Dunkin’ branch. Came here around 12:15pm. I waited 6 minutes while THREE staff serviced the drive thru. I asked for assisted and was told to wait. Waited another minute or two and asked for assistance. Another staff member tried getting the attention of the manager who replied “they’ll wait.” I walked out. Unacceptable dine in service!

As a 38-year-old New Englander I have been to more Dunkin’ Donuts then I have probably been to any other establishment. This Dunkin’ Donuts has the friendliest staff and I wish I got her name but the girl at the drive-through makes my dogs morning every day when we go on our coffee drive before I go to work, you have a fantastic staff and as a retail manager, I recognize how hard it is to find people who really care and find the little things to make your customers day shout out to Grafton Street Dunkin’ Donuts

I like this place because it's close to my house. Never had an issue with the drive-thru, but twice when ordering inside I had to wait at least 15mins for my food. I understand that it can get backed up, but sucks when you're watching multiple people who ordered after you get their food first.
