Cleanest dunkin I have ever been to, it looked polished and smelled great.Parking: It's on a busy part of grafton street, with a bus stop right in front, but easy to park, and leave because of the light on either side.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a good ramp.

Always an issue, last time I made a large order of over 100.00 they complained I didn’t call it in ahead.Now today, coffee order is wrong and wouldn’t take the 100.00 bill. Always an issue, I will never return and I have a staff of over 50 employees next to the store.

Very rude employee that works during the night shift, they don’t like serving frozen coffee past 8pm, they will say something wrong with the machine. Yesterday I went there asking for frozen coffee and I knew it as always the machine is not working. All that to avoid cleaning the machine after the clean it. If I make my order in the morning there is no problem, but at night they will make up anything to not make any frozen drinks. This issue needs to be dressed up with the employee. Sry to say that I won’t go there during the night time because I know what I will get :(

Customer service is the worsttt!!!!!!!!!!! I order wakeup wrap egg and cheese but with egg only no cheese and the snakin bacon ( the side) after i order she just yelled at us and she throw the microphone and was yelled OMG with the attitude i can hear that!!! And do my drink was not what i order and the wake up wrap with the cheese which is im not order.
