Great lunch for the office. Eric's extra details right down to checking in and a mint thrown in each bag have us all still talking about Friday's company lunch:)

Received sandwiches for a company luncheon. Delicious wraps, and a wonderful assortment of goodies in each bag! Got a cookie, chips, tortellini and even a mint for after eating! 10/10 would definitely order again.

Friendly place for dogs and families. There are benches to stop and sit at but right now some are messed up and the bridges crossing the pond are out. But! There is some art in the park right now so get out and enjoy it!There's also a really nice playground that was pretty busy when I visited.

The best cookies. Go here, for the large and delicious chocolate chip cookies.

Very friendly people. Trying the labor inducing cream cheese wjth a bagel for the first time. Hopefully it works! Even if it doesnt it was still very tasty. Was pleased with food and the environment.

The food at Eric's is great that's a definite but what their most famous for is their labor-inducing cream cheese. I can tell you from experience it really worked!

I work in this building and would rather go just about anywhere else for lunch. They have poor customer service, long wait times, and rather expensive prices for the quality and portions. Last time I went, I ordered a chicken cordon bleau sandwich. What I got in exchange for my $11 was a lukewarm chicken patty with cold cheese on a hard baguette.

I had a terrible experience with this business lately. I called this shop one morning this past week (March 29 to be specific) to get directions to the shop as I was meeting a coworker for a business meeting over morning coffee and some, what appears to me to be, arrogant A-hole gave me a boat-load of attitude on the phone when I called for directions. He was very rude and condescending and I ended up not going to this business. I opted for Starbucks instead. Note to management: coffee shop personnel are the first line of people who represent your business. I recommend you can the underemployed arrogant douche working in your shop weekday mornings.

Eric's LaPatisserie Cafe is a hidden gem in downtown Worcester. Located on the 4th floor of Worcester Plaza, the cafe has a commanding view of Worcester's city hall and main street. The space is bright, comfortable, and friendly. Eric created a conference room in order to host meetings, conferences, and luncheons and offers catering services for various functions. Can't wait until evening hours are scheduled so it can be a meeting spot to have coffee with friends!
