Went for some treats. Loved it. Sweet couple and she helped me with everything I needed and when my kids were being rowdy she just smiled and said not to worry. Love the house made kielbasa. Worth the drive!

I received terrible service at the store today. It was my first time visiting, and an elderly couple was extremely rude to me. I drove 20 minutes to check out the store and buy some European sweets, but I regret it. I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there either. When I arrived, the store was empty. Now I understand why it was empty.

Food - OVERPRICED! 3-4 time more that in similar stores in Boston. I bought 1lb of herring fillets for $10. When I opened it at home - half of the jar was onions, not fillets.
Service - Be careful when paying by credit/ debit card - the sales lady was looking over at how I was entering my pin number. So be aware.

This is a complete and utmost disgrace for the Polish community and for any respectable human being. Every single product I purchased in this store has been expired with expiration dates ranging from 6 months to 8 years, yes, eight full years. And the elderly woman behind the cashier is fully aware about all the expired products she has in the store and she meticulously places her price stickers either directly on the printed date or she’s scratching off the original print. I wasted two and a half hours to drive back to her store and return everything. The minute I placed my bag on the counter, she started to apologize. I asked if she was ok selling me all this old stuff to feed my daughter with? No words. This place should be audited and all expired produce put in garbage. Be careful everyone! Check dates! Or just go elsewhere! This place is a huge SHAME! Never ever again!

The European Bakery helped us save a wedding today! A friend was getting married and somehow her family dog got into the wedding cake during the ceremony and destroyed it. I started frantically calling bakeries trying to find a small white cake that the bride and groom could cut during their reception. The man at the European bakery was able to provide us a small cake with white icing on a hour’s nice, and the bakery staff were so nice incredibly nice. The bride and groom were thrilled and it turned a situation that was incredibly stressful into a funny story because we had a new cake. The kindness shown by the European Bakery made me want to drive back to Worcester just to go there again. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
