I really wish I could give them A TEN STAR across the board. I had a party of 27 people for New Years Day brunch and I had called countless places and no one not one place would accommodate my reservation until I went to Family Table as I was leaving, I asked the host if I could make a reservation for January 1 for a party of 17 Right away, she took my reservations then I ended up calling twice to increase the amount of my party And not once was I rejected not only was the staff friendly and very accommodating. The food was excellent. No one had to wait for their food, and even the customers were very friendly will be visiting again If you haven’t tried Family table, please make sure you put that on your agenda on your bucket list and try them. They are excellent. I can keep going and going and going with the excellent service staff food and even the customers.

I ordered a DoorDash pickup with them. DoorDash refused to refund the food (or pick it up which would have been preferred). They refused to cancel the order over an hour after the order was placed, and still nobody picked it up. I now have to dispute the charges and go eat someplace else. I acknowledge that it’s not the companies fault DoorDash refused to pick up the order. It is their fault that they’re refusing to cancel the order after it’s been sitting there more than an hour without someone picking up the order. I used to love coming here. Never again.

Our first visit ever and we liked it so much we came back the very next day for more! The breakfast food servings are enormous, the menu selections are wonderful and flexible, the wait staff friendly, and the pricing reasonable, especially considering how much you receive. If you're in the Worcester area and are wanting a great breakfast experience, this is the place to go.
