Had the Triple S and Somali chicken sandwich.. They were both great. The triple S taste like a spicy beef stew inside a panini.. delicious.. the chai tea is lightly spiced. perfect. I will be back and go through the rest of this menu in time..And free African donuts.!
When people say that Worcester has a great food scene (‘if you can find it’) they are talking about Fatima’s cafe. I couldn’t tell you what’s better—the food or the welcoming service from Omar.

Fatima's is outstanding. We were guided through the menu expertly, and we all had meals that we loved. (There were four of us, two vegetarian. ) we can't wait to return. Great place to go for lunch or dinner.
