Always great burgers my go to is a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, bbq sauce and pickles great combo! The fries are crispy and tasty but even better with the Cajun seasoning.

My experience? Well, my husband and I arrived 3 hours prior to closing. He got a burger and I got a BLT. They barely put any Mayo (even though it comes with Mayo) but they put enough bacon. He enjoyed his burger and fries. I enjoyed my fries. I wish I didn't have to go to my own fridge and add more mayo for myself. It should've been on the sandwich. They didnt have to be stingy about it. You had 5 employees working on Halloween.

Thankyou for being a clean establishment. I work as a hospital cook and notice cleanliness in restaurants and this one was very clean. Especially for a crazy city like Worcester and a Texas roadhouse nearby with a roach history. The burger was delicious and the staff seemed very down to earth ❤️.

Never had a large fries from five guys not even fill the cup before, no ketchup, & weird vibes from employees inside
So the Service was phenomenal….. however, the food didn’t taste that good and it was way over priced….. I got a burger and fries with a small shake and it was 24 dollars…. That’s crazy considering the food isn’t all that great…. Sorry guys thumbs down on this one .)

Went into Five Guys today at 12:30pm peak lunch time. 2/7/2025 Inside there were two very hard working men who were very friendly and pleasant. They got the food out in a quick with smiles on their faces. I hope that this locations values these two workers because they made my Friday lunch happy and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend!
