I downloaded the app and used it for the first time to order food!! It worked wonderfully and got exactly what I ordered! (Except they forgot to put BBQ sauce on my burger)!! But otherwise no complaints with the restaurant or the store staff! They were very friendly and helpful and greeted me with a smile! I loved the whole meal and it was a great time! I love their colors too; red, white, and black!! Awesome color choice!! They have the exquisite super modern soda pop and ice dispensers! ????? Restaurant!!Parking: A lot of FREE parking spaces available!!Kid-friendliness: I saw a kid walk in and ordered a milkshake with his allowance. The staff was very friendly and helpful to him!Wheelchair accessibility: Door space is wide enough for a wheelchair to get in and out of.

Ordered a little bacon cheese burger and got no bacon, a lettuce wrap burger that came on a bun, and a shake that was missing its whip cream. Three out of four items wrong. I tipped for this?Mistakes happen, but I tried calling multiple times to get this fixed and nobody picked up the phone. The final nail in the coffin was that the voicemail box was full. Pathetic.Dietary restrictions: Completely ignored wheat allergy and gave a bun when lettuce wrap was explicitly ordered.

Wow.. five guys took a nose dive. Two of our burger broke in half they were so dry. A few crumbled bits of burnt (black) bacon and added onions to a burger for someone who was allergic. I have gluten intolerance and a treat lunch is their strawberry shake, fries, and their free shelled peanuts.Dietary restrictions: Don't come here if you have a peanut allergy. They can accommodate gluten allergies but no GF buns. :(

I would ask that management turn off the two very bright "open" signs if you're closed earlier than the 3 foot posted sign advertises. Or post a "DOORS OPEN TIL 10, LAST ORDER AT 9:30" sign instead, if that's how you operate. Being turned out of a fast-casual joint empty handed because you've already got everything put away and are midway through cleanup 15 minutes early is disappointing.
