Food was decent, service was atrocious. Our waitress sat in the corner playing with her friends, while we sat with empty drinks, and everyone around us(who was sat 15-20 minutes after us) had their food. When we grabbed another waitress to help us, our waitress ran and grabbed our food, nearly throwing it on the table. We will not be returning.

Came for the brunch, we couldn’t even eat it. The scrambled eggs were cold, the breakfast platters has a half inch of grease in the bottom and the pancakes tasted like old oil and a grill that hadn’t been cleaned since dinner service. Will never be going back, and recommend everyone to

Let me say we picked this spot because I thought the name was cool. The place has bad reviews for parking but we had no issues with parking. We had reservations and were seated right away. Our waitress came right over and was very attentive. She made some good recommendations for us. Bar menu had plenty of good choices and cost was reasonable. We had Buffalo wanting and chicken lettuce wraps to start and they were decent. We had the steak tips for dinner. My wife was pretty pleased with the whole menu, while I felt it was just ok. Not bad food, but I was not wowed. Desserts were also good. The crowd inside was very steady so it definitely had its following.

Food was delicious but service was not great. Not sure if this was due to limited staff on hand but service was slow and a number of our items did not come out correct along with some added items on our bill.

Place was extremely busy, even though I had a reservation they did not have a table, I had to sit at the bar, where the poor bartender was overwhelmed with taking care of the people at the bar and make big drinks for all the tables. Having stated that, the food and drinks were excellent, you can taste the reasons why they were so busy.

There was only one person working and when I finally got my salad after an hour it had a bug in it. I didn't complain but I wouldn't go back.

We are regulars to the point that we know what to expect from the food and service which is usually good. This time around we awaited about 10 min for our waitress to come around to ask what we wanted to drink which was fine we let it go. But then she took another 15/20 min to come around to ask what we wanted to eat. After that we waited about 30-40 min for our apps and she still didn’t finish taking the other person I was with order. Within that time she came around saying “I’ll come back to finish taking your order and bring over your clam chowder.” Which we let go, didn’t stress it even though we had been there for over an hour without our entrées. When she brought over our apps she also brought me over another sangria, just slammed it on the table, which I know for a fact I didn’t ask for but I assumed maybe it was complimentary because we had been waiting for so long. After we got our food we both took 2 bites because both sandwiches tasted horrible but we still didn’t make a big deal. Once we received our bill I called her out on the extra drink I didn’t ask for but she charged me a whole extra 12 dollars for and instead of being professional, she made a huge deal out of it called us ungrateful and started disrespectfully talking about us to the wait staff. We also gave her a tip. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly we should’ve gotten our meals taken off the bill for how gross they were and the ridiculous wait to receive them but I just asked for the extra drink I didn’t ask for to be removed. Flying rhino is cut off my list. Service and food were horrible.
