Foley & Son Fish and Chips

Absolutely disgusting. I took a few bites of my fish and chips before noticing RODENT DROPPINGS in the food. I felt instantly sick. There is no excuse for something that foul and unsafe being served. I will never be back, and nobody else should risk eating here.

Pam and the other woman working with her was awesome!! Friendly and kind…..she served me even though the store should have been closed. After working all day I was so grateful to them.❤️

(This restaurant only opens once a week) I went in with decent expectations since my relatives love the place—but for me, it was a bit of a hit or miss.
The food was okay, not bad, but not great either. Maybe I just caught them on an off day. If you’re in the neighborhood and craving fried seafood, it might hit the spot, but don’t expect anything spectacular.
The fries were bland and not crispy, which was disappointing. The fried clams and fish were mediocre—nothing stood out. The best part of the meal was the fried scallops; they were fresh and had good flavor, but unfortunately, the batter didn’t stick well and kept falling off.
Overall, it’s worth trying once if you’re nearby and in the mood for fried seafood, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Buyer beware. Ordered scallops dinner,8 scallops the rest fries .... This place definitely went down hill. Never again. Hope it's worth being cheap on the food,just like the clams I ordered, pretty much crumbs... GOOD BUY! I will definitely spread the word about this place.

I love these small family owned places that are very unfortunately disappearing all too frequently nowadays. Friendly staff and great prices. The food?Fantastic fish and chips and the whole belly clams are absolutely amazing, all with homemade coleslaw that is delicious. I haven't missed a Friday night dinner from Foley's in 17 years. Thank you Foley and Son's. I love this place. I'd give them 20 Stars if I could ⭐!!!

I think they caught the fish out of lake quinsigamond for fish and chips absolutely terrible and how can it be so greasy your only open 1 day a week change the oil more than once a year. People please don't eat here just throw your money out the car window instead.

Fish was incredible - not dry - moist and flaky with that great, double-fried crispy outside. Fries were underneath the fish and absorbed all the grease and were super soggy.

Definitely worth it for the fish but the fries were just bagged frozen fries. Great tartar sauce too. Portion of fish was solid.
