Fratelli's Corner Crust Pizzeria

This used to be my go-to spot for incredible service, delicious pizza, and fresh, consistent food. However, it seems there are new owners, and the quality has significantly declined, along with the service. I recently ordered via Slice and received the wrong pizza. When I called, the response was simply to request a refund through the app—no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. I'm extremely disappointed!

We picked up our first order from this cute little place today and it was AMAZING!! Food was warm and delicious and I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. The owner and his family are all incredibly kind and sweet and put their heart and soul into their food and restaurant. Check it out, and get the hamburger pizza. It’s so good!

Fratelli's is hands down the best pizza Worcester. It's the crust, the delicious always crispy crust. I don't know how they seem to do what no one else outside of New Haven can do, but they do it, and I am grateful.

Discovered this Pizzaria via Worcester eats. Hands down !!!! Best Pizza in Worcester. Pizza Was Hand made fresh .. Owner's are very polite ?

I called in an order for pick up. 8 pizzas, I went too early, and the husband and wife making the pizzas were the nicest people to talk to. Had lots of family over and everyone loved the pizzas, from simple as the cheese to shrimp scampi. We got 8 different pizzas and everyone loved everything. Definitely recommend, my family definitely found the new go-to pizza place

Place has turned around . They got rid the punk that thinks he owns the place. The new guy is awesome and if u have a problem he is always willing to help.

Got a tuna salad and jalapeño bites.. with how many people say how fresh this place was, I didn’t question getting a tuna salad. Until it was inedible because more than half the scoop of tuna on my salad is.. FROZEN. I bit into some and it was a ball of frozen tuna. At least I ordered something else with it and can toss the salad out.

Worst customer service ever. Food sucked. They gave me the wrong appetizer and would not refund me or even replace it! Do not recommend and I’ll never go back. There’s about 20 other pizza places near there that I’d choose first

I called in a to go order of Buffalo chicken pasta,chicken broccoli Alfredo and potatoe skins. The guy on the phone said 20-30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes after I placed the order and was told the food would be done in 5 minutes. We sat inside waiting for the food for 15 minutes and then asked how much longer until the food was ready. The owner was very rude telling us we needed to relax the food takes time to cook. I said I understand that but you said 20-30 minutes and it's now been 45 all I did was ask if it was almost ready. It's not like the place was busy I was the only person there..The owner then said if I didn't want the food I didn't need to take it. I said yeah I'm taking it I already paid for it. I told him I would never be back because the last time I ordered food from him he never even started my food until I arrived to pick it up. He forgot. The owner is a complete jerk with no customer service and its a shame because the food is good. I will NEVER be back

Honestly, 5 stars isn’t even enough to give this place! My fiancé and I came here with our niece for the first time over the weekend and I can’t even begin to describe how welcoming, how absolutely just lovely these people are! We sat inside for our pizza (which was beyond amazing btw), the owner, his wife and I believe their children were all there also and they are hands down some of the best people I have met since living out here. The owner was kind enough to bring over a brownie on the house for our little niece and some pops, the hospitality and his over all welcoming-ness was out of this world! Even gave us a brownie to take home for her! I am so picky when it comes to pizza, tried numerous places since being out here and I don’t think this place gets the credit it deserves. I will no longer go ANYWHERE else for pizza now. CAN NOT recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for that local family oriented, authentic Italian food/pizza THIS is the place to go!

Kid-friendliness: I’m pretty sure my over all review touches on this! Absolutely amazing! The owner was terrific with our young niece, friendly is an understatement! Best experience!
