Pizza so good we came from Springfield to get it. My mom can’t stop talking about how good this pizza is and always wishes she took home extra slices. Prices are amazing, and the pizza tastes even better ;). Highly recommend. Hole in the wall with a great staff.

Yesterday I bought it at Fresh way on main st, it was a longer than usual delivery, but a pizza with an incredible look, very well assembled and distributed and very tasty! Today I bought the same flavor (veggie) at Fresh way from water st, I had difficulty with the order, wrong charge and the vegetables very badly cut and thick, but a lighter and more authentic dough.

Food is okay overall. Pizza isn't bad, sides are usually pretty meh. But I honestly order from here occasionally still because it's the only place near me that has such late delivery for pizza. BUT I am never giving them my business again. I ordered from them on a night they were closed (July 23rd) due to a festival or event going on in the canal district in front of their building. There was no indication that they were closed. Nothing on their website and they were taking orders. After waiting for my food for almost 2 hours, I called them just to hear thr voicemail that they are closed. Okay, whatever no big deal, I'll call for a refund. Next day I call, I was told that all orders were automatically refunded, so we decided to place the order again because we were craving it. A week goes by, no refund. I call the store again and I get a manager who claims only the owner can give refunds and they will pass on my info and make sure I get a refund. Another week goes by, no refund. This time my husband calls in, we get the same excuse. We wait again, no refund. We call back and they claim they issued the refund (per the owner) so we wait another week. No refund. Call again, ask for the owner himself. He's apparently never around and we were told he would call us back. Never got a call. We ended up having to do a charge back. Took over a month to get our $70 bucks back. Insane and extremely scummy. Always check they are open before you order. According to the manager this happened to a bunch of people the night they were closed. Such a shame.

Flavor, flavor, flavor. My family ordered Fresh Way Pizza through UberEats delivered to our home for the first time. We ordered the Small Spinach and Feta Calzone, 6 Piece Jalapeño Poppers, Large Hot Honey and Pepperoni Pizza, Small Bacon and Yellow Cheddar Pizza, and the Fried Oreos. Like their name and their advertised use of fresh ingredients, everything tasted unique and delicious. The Spinach and Feta Calzone is one of the best calzones I can recall eating. The crust was awesome and the interior ingredients were full of flavor. Both pizzas were just as tasty as everything else. Based on my experience, I am ranking this pizza place in my current top five pizza places in Worcester. I look forward to ordering new menu items along with some of my favorites again.

Worcester is packed with amazing cuisine. Pizza....comes in many forms. This may be my very favorite in town. I've had some good sandwiches and pizza throughout the city, but this place has my Goldilocks zone. If you like thick , saucy and bready this isn't for you. Here I find the balance of all the elements. Foldable, just the right amount of yummy oilyness, satisfying bite that fits and melts. I'm picky about my pizza, but its like coffee. I'll still eat it anywhere. But, when pizza, my kind of good pizza is what I want, this is where I go. Beat the bar closing crowd, but eat your pie right on Water St. in front of Freshway and watch the vibrant friendly youthful soul of new Worcester come out and play, for entertainment. Located right in the heart of it all. Service is personal and friendly.

Pizza was delicious. Was able to get a large pizza at 2am with whatever toppings we wanted, and even though it was extremely busy, the pizza came out promptly and exactly how we wanted. My friends and I were raving about how good the pizza was!
This place is ridiculous! Driver called me and stated he wanted 10 min for me to get to him when he waited 4 min!!! Due to my phone call timing and my ring camera! Then I was told do to manager that he was gone for 15 min which was completely a lie and bs! This service is trash and I will never be ordering from here again due to disorganized survives!!!!

They sent me the DRYEST steak n cheese. I asked for ketchup mayo and extra cheese. Came back burnt dry no ketchup or mayo, and no cheese. Called back and they said they did it right... highly suggest try any other place but here.
