I think this place is under new ownership because the food quality has gone up significantly.. I had the chicken tikka masala pizza tonight & it was perfect. 10/10 definitely coming back for more

I was in worc cleaning my mother’s house to get it ready to sell. Ordered from here because it was close by. $83 for 4 pizzas and a grinder that were awful. The steak and cheese was so dry we threw it away the pizza was one of the worst pizzas we have had. No sauce no flavor. The pizza was way over done. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering but we were all hungry and just needed food quick

ITS YA BOI

Well we never ended up getting our order or our refund for the $58.98. They use some shady site to get orders and if you use a card they force you to use Paypal. They claimed they called us but the only calls in our logs are to my phones (pictured). Basically they cancelled our order and took our $60. We were told a refund would come but none has so we've been contacting PayPal and Cash App to try and see about charging it back since in this economy we can't really afford to just give money away for nothing. I've used sites to order food and if they can't deliver it will not let me even place the order and have had immediate refunds if it still went through. This being my oddest experience with trying to get a refund I'm not even mad just more surprised at the incompetence. Would be really helpful to have my $60 back especially since I know $5 wasn't much but I set aside bud to give as an extra thank you since we ordered on the 4th. I understand businesses are suffering in this economy too however things like this can really cause issues between customers and businesses. I hope to sort this out and instead try in person to give the food a chance.

I recently decided to order delivery from Freshway pizza at 1406 Main street after hearing it was under new ownership. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish, especially compared to the excellent service we used to get from the previous owners.

In the past, the delivery was always prompt, and the pizzas arrived hot and fresh. The previous owners clearly valued their customers and maintained high standards for quality and service. However, this time, the delivery was an hour late, and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and soggy.

The quality of the pizza has also declined significantly. The crust was undercooked, the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, and the sauce tasted different—less flavorful and more watered down. It’s clear that the new management is skimping on ingredients and cutting corners, which is disappointing for loyal customers like myself.

When I called to inquire about the late delivery, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing, they seemed irritated by my complaint and offered no solution or compensation. This lack of customer care is a stark contrast to the warm, friendly service we used to receive from the old owners, who always made sure to make things right if there was ever an issue.

The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. It's sad to see how much Freshway Pizza has changed for the worse. I used to recommend this place to all my friends and family, but after this recent experience, I can't do that anymore. I'll be looking for a new go-to pizza place that values quality and customer satisfaction.

A man tried to extort 16 dollars just for a small pizza. And then few days later, we ordered the same thing, same size. The person on the phone said 12.14. Then the same person crumbled up the receipt and gave us a new price of 16 dollars again. Also said he wouldn't give us the food.

Received a menu in the mail and was excited to try a new place. Ordered food online ( two chicken wraps and an app) around 7pm. Our food was not delivered until around 840pm after it had been out for delivery for an hour. During this time, tried calling restaurant a handful of times and on the fifth attempt finally got through. We were pretty much told we live far away (map said about 15 min) and our food was out for delivery still. our food was cold, and some soggy when it arrived .
We would have never ordered from here had we known there would be such a delay for delivery. If our location is too inconvenient for them, they should reconsider the areas where they have their menus mailed to and should have rejected the order which I would have appreciated more. The gentleman who answered the phone seemed to have cared less overall disappointed with experience. Never ordering again and waste of money since dinner was not enjoyable and we had to figure out another dinner.

I work at a hospital, and a pt ordered a pizza, everything being so expensive he got a small. it was probably 6 inches in diameter. It was $16!!!! Then the delivery driver had no cash back, so the pt ended up paying an insane amount of money for absolutely no food. How does a delivery driver come to a cash order and not bring change. Not to mention a hospital. Personally, to me that seems like taking advantage of sick people. I would normally order from here while at work because theyre typically good, but not anymore.

Have ordered before and was always pleased. Tonight I ordered 3 things (1) pastrami grinder, the meat was minced and dry (2) chicken fingers, which I had ordered last week and were delicious, not this time they reminded me of mcdonalds chicken nuggets with no flavor at all and (3) a pizza, which was made using old dough, it didn't rise, the box might have tasted better. I worked in a pizza place for over 20 years, so I feel I know what I'm talking about.

Pizza was sub par , not awful, but not good. There is no sauce on the pizza we ordered a small cheese and a large 3 topping. Ordered two salads with chicken , chicken was very rubbery and not good. Double check your order before leaving . Their online ordering isn’t the best , the item descriptions are non existent. Your ability to adjust or add items is not available . The person on the phone and counter was a little hard to understand , but otherwise very friendly . There is definitely room for improvement.
