I ordered the mocha frappuccino and that was pretty good but where they feel short was my avocado toast. As a sous chef I know constructive criticism is always appreciated so this was probably the worst avocado toast I think I've ever had. I could probably get better at Dunkin. The avocado was already browning and turning to mush, It was just chunked up and thrown in the very center of my sourdough bread with the tiniest amount of balsamic drizzle just in the center, one overcooked and unseasoned egg and then probably a solid handful of mixed greens just thrown on top. It was very obvious that there was no care into the food at all It was just to get an order out. I'm appalled that I spent $8+ on this.
Probably would never order food here again.

I went here around 8:20am on a Friday morning with colleagues, we were the only people that were in line to order and it took over 20 min to get our 4 coffees.There were two people working at the coffee station and one taking orders. We also ordered food , received and ate our food before our coffee was ready. The people working were having side conversations and seemed like we were a trouble to them. Very unsatisfied with this experience. Our first and last time.

Issa vibe. I popped in while they were having a fashion show, atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. Super healthy, friendly, and professional. I still remember I sold some bitcoin to buy a delicious tender chipotle chicken sandwich maybe it just tasted that much better cause I sold the BTC for it 🤣.

I was treated very badly, the service is of very poor quality and the food is also very poor compared to any other Ful America I've been to. My turkey bacon came without salad, without chips and without sauce. The staff seemed too lazy to work. I just wanted my snack properly, but they couldn't even deliver that to me. They should hire better staff. I won't be going back to that establishment anymore.
Fuel impressed me. I am a coffee snob and I don’t usually expect a lot from shops that seem to have a big budget and a commercial vibe. The cons- not really a specialty coffee shop with single origin coffees or third wave roasters. The pros- great industrial aesthetic vibe and a good place to hangout, have a good convo with a friend or plug in and work. Decent espresso based coffees. They did a great flat white for me and a lot of places can’t master a flat white with good microfoam. It was silky and well balanced. Overall a solid coffee shop. Would come again if in the area.

My wife and I went here yesterday morning to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. We stood in front of the young woman at the register ready to order for 8 minutes without her saying a word to us, even though she looked up and saw us at the register waiting to order. As we just stood there waiting, she took/entered 5 Door Dash orders before even acknowledging we were there. When she finally did, she said sorry for the wait, and that door dash was crazy busy and then went right back to entering another door dash order, not once asking if we wanted to order. Needless to say, we left… I understand being busy but it’s not good business to let someone stand there for almost 10 minutes while you prioritize door dash.

i love fuel america but for the last 2 months my açaí bowels when i order have been half asses sometimes they just drop a bunch of nutella on my bowel and i barely will have açaí or ill order a extra scoop of açaí and more strawberries and they don’t add it sometimes im missing food in my bad when i order it’s frustrating cause i love this place so much but whoever has been making them has been doing horrible

Just left the establishment quite frustrated. My order was placed at 12:20 PM and I took notice of others who ordered after me receiving their food. Asked a couple times what was going on with my order and was told there is one person so it might be a it of a wait. Understandable to a certain extent. I finally received my sandwich, which is quite small, at 1:15 PM, being told that it was accidentally placed in the uber eats rack. I understand being short staffed but that not excuse to be negligent of an order even if it’s been done. Standing for an hour for food is not acceptable. Be accountable.
