We came in earlier this morning during the first snow storm of the winter season. We were the only customers and the employee was eager to help us. I can't recall his name but he was a British/European/Foreign guy, so management you'll probably be able to know who I'm talking about! He was very patient when answering my many questions about the different coffee options as I have never tried coffee before. He was very kind and polite overall and I would give him 10 stars for service! I recently went somewhere else to try coffee for the first time and they acted like I was stupid for not knowing what a mocha was. I suggest the management let him know he's doing a good job!The atmosphere was also very nice. I love that the old interior was kept, showing off the history and heritage of Worcester. The food was very good, the prices not so much. However, as someone who has left establishments because I don't like the prices, I will say paying a little more is worth the experience. I will definitely be back again sometime!

This is a fabulous fuel with cozy meets industrial vibes. I’ve been in and out of this cafe several times to know they have an amazing seasonal drink menus and some of the best smoothie bowls out there (they’re not the kind that look and taste like glorified cold soup). Their coffee also lends itself mostly towards a lovely flavor (one that’s not burnt or grassy) with customizable drinks from their wonderful baristas. All of the staff here are super fun and chill. Highly recommend you stopping by for your caffeine and smoothie bowl needs!

This was a lovely coffee shop! It was wonderfully decorated for the holidays and very cozy. My partner described it as rustic industrial lol. The staff are really sweet, they even offered to remake my drink when I realized I could order a non dairy milk! (They have almond, oat, and I think soy?) The atmosphere is very nice, too. Great seating options. The drink options and food options were great, well priced, and nice variety for a quick bite or actual meal. The Wi-Fi code is "Ignite22" as of November 2023 haha. The bathroom is very clean and tidy.

I also ordered the bulletproof coffee. It was also pretty good / silky, but a bit bitter (but I think that's normal taste) at home I add a touch of protein powder and it cuts the bitterness. Ambiance was upbeat and just right amount of business.

My cafe au lait was very good, but the atmosphere really stressed me out. I came at 8:30am for a bite in between appointments, and the bass-heavy music was already blasting. There was also construction that I could hear and feel through the wall at my table.I thought I might be getting punked when I saw the "farmers pan sandwhich" come out of the kitchen. It was truly laughable sitting on the plate. Gordon Ramsey would have been losing his mind. It was d-o-u-s-e-d in cold sriracha, on low quality wheat bread, with something akin to a Kraft cheese single (the kind that's individually wrapped) and supermarket deli ham. I did take some bites because my blood sugar was very, very low, but I did something I've never done and sent it back. They graciously replaced it with a plain bagel and plain cream cheese at my request (thank you!) but it was befuddling to have such great coffee accompanied by that sandwich.

Cute coffee shop tucked away on a cobblestone path. Decent selection of food and drinks. They have great seasonal items too. There is not enough outlets nor does the wifi work very well. Wasted 2 hours trying to connect. Asked for help on it with little effort.

This place felt really cool. The vibe here was chill, and it's a pretty area. The staff seemed slightly annoyed that we were ordering food, and that I didn't know everything on the menu my first time entering the building. They were polite, but didn't seem real welcoming. My iced Americano was a little weaker than I like, but the quality of the roast was good. Just needed a little more espresso in it. My beyond sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was good, but nothing special, and it felt a little overpriced. My daughter had a great acai bowl, and that didn't feel overpriced. I felt it was a little ice creamy for breakfast, since the acai was more of a sorbet then the typical ones she gets, but she said it would definitely be one that she would go back for.So, based on the quality of the espresso and the acai, we'll definitely go back. It's definitely a coffee shop I could see myself hanging out for a bit in, since it's a cool place with good tunes. I'll probably just go with an iced coffee in the future, since I'm guessing it will be more to my liking.
