Their third floor smoothie place is fantastic with an assortment of REAL fruit made on site fresh smoothies and juices. Highly recommended for your first meal of the day: your breakfast. Plus you can eat at the wonderful interior garden atrium of the hospital

I'm so confused as to why Google Maps didn't tell me this was literally inside a hospital, but I'm not complaining! By the time I realized I was going to a hospital I was far too hungry to divert courses and I'm glad I did not! My hot dog was kinda just fine, but the mozzarella sticks were shockingly good, and they do a 3 pickles for $1 deal that had my jaw on the floor! (I bought 6) besides, this hospital is beautiful?? I feel like I'm on a college campus, there are fake trees and a waterfall, I'm obsessed with this vibe... well I'm confused but pleased! Time to eat my 6 pickles! Edit: the PICKLES ARE SO GOOD Edit 2: and they gaVE ME SEVEN!!!

I don’t usually buy lunch when I’m at work but stopped here on a rare occurrence - Ordered an Italian cold cut, and it had good heft and was delicious! Can’t beat the price of $9 something for a sandwich I could only finish half of, and the service was the cherry on top :) My only suggestion is to get here ASAP when 12 pm strikes, but even then, the staff moves the line fast!

Garden Fresh has been a favorite spot of mine in Worcester for several years now, I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it sooner! Service is always friendly & top notch. Atmosphere is very clean & comfortable. Food is always fresh & delicious. Fair prices. Clean restrooms as well. Conveniently location on Main Street, across from the courthouse. Perfect place to meet for a coffee, breakfast or lunch! They have quite the variety of menu choices here & the options vary, as they offer daily specials. Soup, sandwiches, pastries, & lots more! They also have catering available here as well. Plenty of seating. I love their Irish cream coffee, yogurt parfaits, muffins, danish, soup, & plenty more! Great place for those looking to meet up with friends, family, or coworkers, or also good for dining solo. ATM available. Off street parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Garden fresh catered 2 large functions for my family and did an amazing job. The food was delicious. many of my guests asked for the caterers contact info. It arrived hot and perfectly on time. They even set it up in chafing dishes to keep it warm. everything exceeded our expectations I highly recommend them!

Really stellar sandwiches, my favorite is the chicken salad sandwich with EXTRA pickles. The service is fast, even when there is a lunch rush.Ordering is a tad overwhelming at first, but once you get over the appearance of organized chaos, you will start to notice how the front and back of the house are a well oiled machine.If you are looking for catering orders, they really do an excellent job making sure everything is correct.

DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! I am here for work and literally was having the worst luck when it comes to food! They suggested the fattoush salad! THAT DRESSING!!!!!!! I can still taste it! So good! The customer service was icing on the cake tbh! YUMMY! I hope I can come back before I leave.

Good idea to have this place in a hospital when you have to wait 8 hours in the emergency room food was decent for what I got was just really hungry and was also able to get something for my wife. Only down side was that it was lil pricey for couple sandwiches and couple drinks. But just got to remember it is in a hospital ?... hope not to eat here again but will probably have to at some point.
