Seems to be a one man operation at night. I go pick up my order, or order when I get there and wait. No issues. \nAny special requests and the guy gets like a Seinfeld character but with pizza instead of soup.

Absolutely awesome! My wife and I wanted to try their pizza and we were not disappointed. We were both amazed at how fresh the ingredients were. The pizza we tried was cooked just right. We will be coming back again very soon to try everything else on the menu. As a pizza fanatic who wants a break from the "big" guys, I recommend George's 100 percent.
