Didn't have crushed gramcrackers, and a lot of flavors were not available. My son and I still liked it, but I don't know if those flavors are missing a lot of the time or not

Hands down, one of the best bibimbap bowls I’ve had even better than a lot of actual restaurants. The protein portion was super generous, the beef cooked just right, and the veggies were fresh and perfectly crisp. It really felt like a well-balanced, clean meal filling but not too heavy.
The banana peanut butter protein shake was next level rich, creamy, and refreshing after a workout. The staffs are super friendly too. definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.🤗🤗

Surprisingly good food even though it looks like a sweet shop from outside.
Recommended dishes: Beef Bibimbop
I paid $25.00 for a beef bibimbap extra beef. The beef tasted old it had the texture of jack links beef jerky. The server had no idea on how to communicate the menu. Save your time and your money and go to Chashu ramen in Worcester. $12 for a bibimbap and the experience is leagues better than this dump.
Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions avoid this place as none of them serving you can speak English or break down the menu.

I was ordering some food, and the cashier had no idea their own menu. I literally pointed to what I wanted on the wall. He still needed to ask another person what I wanted. Then when the price came up I questioned the amount because it seemed a little high. I asked him what he charged me because the sign had the price shown and it should be very close to that even with tax. He said he didn't know. I then started to do the math with him and he said he didn't know. I asked if he rang me up for something else, and he said he didn't know. By this point I thought forget it, this kid knows nothing. I paid and waited for my food.

Very poor customer service, my son found a hair in his frozen yogurt. The person we told said something to one of the other workers in different language and gave us a blank stare like she doesn't care about what happened, I'm not going there again. Next time I'll go to the one in Auburn Mall.

Price up quality down
I didn't order food. Will definitely be back. The aroma and visual made it appealing. I had the Brown Sugar Bobba. My grandson had the coconut. They were both very good.
