I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza- the pizza was awful to much sauce cheese was barely melted and dough was not fully cooked! I also ordered a chicken Cesar salad and that was ok! Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. Respectfully!!!

My Dad has been getting Golden pizza for years, but it’s looking like this establishment is coming to its end. I don’t know if they have to change the person on the phone or the service. The way they talk to customers on the phone is blantly rude. I ordered a pick up from them and the delivery driver called 20 minutes later with a completely wrong order at my house?!?!, so he said i should call the store. I called the store they wouldn’t even let me talk and tell them the problem. All they were saying were the delivery driver is coming, but I ordered for pickup because I was going somewhere after and I wasn’t home. Which i told the women on the phone. One she didn’t even let me talk , all she said was “let me give you to the manager” he didn’t let me talk either. all he said was the delivery driver is coming. A service I DID NOT WANT. They give the phone back to the women and i said “can i just please cancel my order. then she says “sure can” then hangs up the phone on me in a rude manner. To work at establishment and be mad because there’s a wrong on your end is crazy. Mind you i ordered a small calzone and a small chicken sub. the order that delivery driver read to me was a large calzone with olives?!?! A COMPLETELY different order. I’ve been trying to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt but this really is my last, and the reviews can attest to it. Do better!

These pizzas aren't made like they used to be. They taste like I bought them at 7-Eleven. Plus, I asked for extra cheese and didn't get what I ordered, and they charged me for it.

Was really excited to try their pizza being new to Worcester and wanting to find good local spots, sad to say I won't likely be back.
When they gave me the pizza, there was hope -- it was a hefty large 2 topping pizza. I got in the car and my wife and I excitedly opened the box to take a look and were shocked. The pizza was completely undercooked. The cheese was barely melted, the two toppings - mushroom and pepperoni, were still cold to the touch... I know it was fresh cuz I waited for it in the lobby, so not sure what happened.
Really wish I could give it a better review, but we couldn't even try a single bite unfortunately because it was runny, uncooked dough. For the $20 spent here, I would take my money elsewhere.
Sat me on hold for a 35 minutes until I gave up. Last time I try and order from here.

Brenda is terrible at a managers position. Her customer service is that of the worst I have ever seen. The delivery driver was smoking cigarettes and weed outside of my house while working on his car BEFORE HE DELIVERED MY FOOD. Was outside for about 20 minutes then finally came to the door. All food was cold. Smelled like smoke and they refuse to do anything about it because it's not their shift that caused the issue.
