I ordered a bacon pizza. I am a picky eater. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Delivery available. Great drink selection. Easy in and out parking.

I always get delivered food mostly because it's late hours.
Tonight was all around great the delivery was 5 minutes early and the food was hot and amazing!

I usually order out. Haven't in a while because it seems like they have different cooks. Also they false advertise using other photos instead of their own such as their bbq chicken pizza and they use a different type of steak tip flat and dry ( steak tip wrap). They also charge delivery fee sad enough food rarely comes on time and the food is cold. The delivery driver does not get the delivery fee only tips 🙄 😔.

Waited about an hr and 10 mins everything was cold and wrap was soggy.

I wish I could give you a zero 😠And I have proof it is this location because this is the third time I write a review and it gets deleted. I was overcharged for an ingredient that I did not ask for, the bacon, food was cold. Service was nasty and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. Oh and do not come saying that you do not use aluminum containers because I have my receipt.

My son and I were calling to place an order, and the staff member who answered—whom I assume is the owner—handled the call in a way that was discouraging and disrespectful.

When the call was first answered, the staff member barely acknowledged us and quickly said “hold on” without any courtesy, such as asking if we could wait. My son patiently waited while practicing placing an order, but when he began, the staff member hung up on him. When I called back to explain that my son had been put on hold and disconnected, the staff member immediately hung up on me, saying he “didn’t have time for this.”

I want to emphasize that neither my son nor I were rude or disrespectful at any point. We have been loyal customers since your business opened, and we were simply trying to place an order and provide constructive feedback. Unfortunately, this experience discouraged my son and left us feeling disrespected.

As a paying customer, I hope you take this feedback seriously. Professional and courteous communication is important for both staff and customers, especially for first-time experiences like my son’s. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future interactions can be handled more respectfully.

This Place Has Gone WAY WAY DOWN HILL!! so sad . I used to order from this place regularly multiple times per week for delivery and the past Three times that I’ve ordered it’s been the Worst experience, bad customer service, Cold and Not The Usual Amazing Food that I’ve come to expect from them . They have sadly Lost Me As A Customer After the Last terrible experience that took my Order TWO HOURS TO ARRIVE AND WHEN IT DID THE FOOD WAS COLD AND NOT THE SAME QUALITY THAT IVE RECEIVED FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS OF ORDERING FROM GOLDEN PIZZA ON LINCOLN ST IN WORCESTER MASSACHUSETTS. I’m very very sad to Lose My Favorite Dinner Place To Order out from. A Lost Regular Customer For The Past Decade. After Checking My Past Credit Card Statements, I’ve Spent A Total Of $4,625.16 Over The Past Ten Plus Years Ordering Food here.

Just ordered today, May 30 of 2025 first time ordering from this place horrible service. I order a small bacon cheese pizza. They Brought me a plain cheese pizza. and I Order a pineapple 2 L soda they brought me a 2 L Coke plus they say delivery will be 40 minutes. It took them a hour and 10 minutes. and the Pizza was cold

I have enjoyed my meal here - a pizza and desert - very much. Very tasty, delicious, and healthy ☺️ I have loved the environment very much as well; peaceful, not in a rush or hurry, quiet, calm, and not crowded/chaotic. The decoration and design of it is extremely beautiful! I will definitely recommend this New Golden Pizza very much! I have found my new favorite place indeed 🥰

They use excellent toppings.
They use processed dough.

The pizza is still ok. It's just not on par with the pies i expect from the north east.

The pizza is on par with California pizza.
