I went in to order to cheese slices. Saw the slices sitting in the tray and the employee working the register didn’t move to grab them. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was finally approached and told him what I ordered. He goes “thats going to take a long time, would you want a steak calzone instead?” I was so hungry and did not want to wait there anymore so I took it. I should have asked for my money back.

Ordered food on restaurants website. 45 mins later get a call that we were out of their delivery range and they can not refund the money and we should call bank for a refund. Absolute joke.

Glacial prep speed, 5 mile delivery radius wasn't communicated until 45 minutes after the order had been placed (20 minutes away was too far), employee on the phone was unable to refund the order himself.

Worst cobb salad ever! Lettuce, bacon and a couple of tomatoes only. Didn't get the avocado or cheese crumbles as described, nor the grilled chicken that was requested. Also received the wrong salad dressing. WOW!! Used to be amazing food here. And hot turkey wrap?? Never had a turkey wrap that was hot before. Would have been much better if it was cold, as expected or at least had the option of hot or cold.

I went to Golden to order, so I was in my car parked outside of the store and saw the guy who take and touch people’s orders cleaning the rest of the food inside his mouth with his fingers and eating what he pulled out again. I went inside and told him to go and wash his hands. He got mad at me and didn’t take my order so I threw the tip’s bottle to the floor and he started insulting me. You are nasty ? and always be. I can’t imagine what you do behind doors ?1000% sure. You have camaras, check the recording and stop acting foolish

One of the best classic cheese pizzas I’ve ever had. My six year old, who isn’t crazy about pizza, absolutely loved it, as did I. It was cooked to perfection and sustained a 30 min uber eats ride. I was expecting a mediocre cheese pizza, at best, but this was a home run☄️and it’s hard to knock something so ordinary out of the ballpark imo. It had just the right amount of cheese, sauce and flavor(without being anything more flavorful than what you’d want or expect in a classic cheese pizza- sharing in case people have picky partners or kids). Plus, I even ate the crust and this part is huge since I’m obviously the hardest pizza crust judge in the great state of MA- I always play fair tho and try a bite of every pizza crust I encounter, but it is never(until now)worth the calories or an enjoyable endeavor. So, Thanks for hitting every base on this game winning pie, Golden Pizza! You’ve clearly changed my life…??? #nofilter ?

Twice now in the last 2 months I've ordered an Italian sub from the Lincoln Street location and the Genoa salami was RANCID. I just called a spoke to someone about it. Even after I made it clear I was only seeking to inform them of what happened, but I was I not offered a refund, and I should have been offered one, but there was absolutely NO attempt to make good on this problem. I ordered my food at around 1 am, picked it up around 15 minutes later, and by the time I discovered there was a problem, they were closed. Guess I need to have my bank reverse the charges. Very disappointing. I was told "we cut our meat daily". Like, SO? The meat could arrived bad, it could have been packaged bad, it could have gone bad while it was there... it literally doesn't matter when it was cut if it went bad before that. Honestly, this was one of my go-to places, but I will NEVER order from here again. Also, stay away from the chicken parm... that's gross too.

called very polite! was hung up on 3x wouldn't giver name when I kindly asked for manager she said she was and hung up i called again she hung up this was at 1035 on Monday may 29th I never lost my cool but she did swearing and then hanging up when i was so polite
