First time here and had some of the best rice I’ve ever tasted. Spicy, fragrant, floral and flat-out delicious. Their falafel is crispy and flavorful and the beef shawarma was nice and tender. I can’t wait to come back and try other items.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the hummus portions with both platters was pretty meager. The hummus was delicious but there were a few tablespoons each at best!
Chicken lamb or beef shawarma is the way to go. Spicy or non-spicy. Authentic place. Amazing shawarma!

I think by far this is the best shawarma place , real authentic and delish . I have tried shawarma every where but if I have to compare than Golden pockets is the best of all. I’m not a fan of their decor, I would recommend using real plants instead and add mint tea to their menu but everything else is yummy !!

I've never been before so I went in and told the guy I wanted the number 2 gyro, he says how do you like it I said with "the works". He says how about I make it how I like it. Perfect. Do that. He does and it's the best. Great guy behind the counter, he even asked where I parked to make sure it wasn't in a sketchy area where I'd get towed or ticketed.
