I’ve been coming here for a few years, and it is by far my favorite boba place! The quality of the tapioca pearls is better than almost all the other boba I’ve tried in my travels - I’d say it’s on par with the boba that I had in Taiwan earlier this year. The customer service has always been quick and efficient. The interior is so cute and I’ve had many friend meet-ups here! My drink of choice is Pearl Milk Tea, but I love the Coffee Milk Tea as well.
I go here every day sometimes just to do my school work or sometimes to enjoy tea and maybe a waffle. There are a lot of bubble tea options and the prices are really fair! They also have some merchandise which is really cute and with Felix's ambassadorship you can buy his drinks and recently for his birthday get pins to go with it! It's a really special place in Downtown Worcester in my opinion. The vibe is never sour and you can choose to order directly from a person or from the machine they offer!
The staff are nice :)
I’ve ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca nd white pearls instead they charged me for dirty brown sugar milk tea however they did refund me nd charged for the brown sugar milk tea but there’s NO tapioca in it. Make sure the staff who’s working listens properly nd make the drink according to the customer’s taste.
Everything goes will. In the area they are not the best but they not bad. Please give more encourage workers.
must be atrocious
Great place to get all types of boba! Staff is efficient and fast, and the store is super clean. Love it here and will definitely be back.
Gong Cha is such a cozy and chill spot—perfect for hanging out or grabbing a treat. Their boba drinks are super tasty and made fresh. I highly recommend trying the Dirty Brown Sugar or Crème Brûlée Milk Tea—they’re seriously next level.
One of my faves is the Passion Fruit Green Tea. It’s made with roasted green tea leaves and has a smooth, full flavor with hints of passion fruit, mango, and guava. So refreshing!
Also, don’t leave without trying their soft serve. It’s super creamy and the flavors change every week—think Matcha, Taro, Coconut, Oolong, Chocolate, and more. You can even mix flavors and add Oreos (bottom, middle, or top of your cup or waffle cone). Total game changer—you’ll thank me later!
Quiet and clean nice to have a drink and hang out with a friend
ive had small milk teas twice.
Today i ordered a $10 dirty brown sugar milk tea and did not look like the picture and it tastes like milk and sugar!.!.!. NOTHING like the ones ive had the last few days.
Im not sure if a different person has made it but its a complete rip off when i go to order somethig. doesnt look like the picture online and did NOT even have tea in it!
$10 for a cup of milk and sugar

Door dashed this place, gave me the wrong order (correct name so I know it was mine so it was a problem on Gong Chas end) and the moment I took it out of the bag the bottom started spilling.
Super yummy bubble tea! Definitely recommend their brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls
For years i genuinely enjoyed this establishment. However, they hired a young girl who has an extremely bad attitude and is disrespectful to their customers although she did not disrespect me directly the behavior, I witnessed is something that I cannot condone, nor will I continue to support any establishment that allows their employees to conduct themselves in that manner.
Awesome place with awesome drinks. I love brown sugar créeme brûlée!
I confess that I know nothing about bubble tea, flavored tea and coffee drinks or bubble waffles. I drink a lot of high end Chinese and Japanese tea, traditionally prepared. However, I stopped by today to have a beverage and check the place out — ordered a hot lychee oolong (that was quite good). Nicely set up cafe; spacious, natural light and clean. I can see why other reviewers have a good opinion of it. I can see bringing my young grandsons here for bubble tea and their speciality waffles.
