For years i genuinely enjoyed this establishment. However, they hired a young girl who has an extremely bad attitude and is disrespectful to their customers although she did not disrespect me directly the behavior, I witnessed is something that I cannot condone, nor will I continue to support any establishment that allows their employees to conduct themselves in that manner.

I confess that I know nothing about bubble tea, flavored tea and coffee drinks or bubble waffles. I drink a lot of high end Chinese and Japanese tea, traditionally prepared. However, I stopped by today to have a beverage and check the place out — ordered a hot lychee oolong (that was quite good). Nicely set up cafe; spacious, natural light and clean. I can see why other reviewers have a good opinion of it. I can see bringing my young grandsons here for bubble tea and their speciality waffles.

I am not the type to write a review but if I can give this location zero stars I will! I placed an order online today for the "Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte" The creme brulee in my order was missing. When I brought it to the attention of the store representative instead of making a new drink for me, she had the brilliant idea of opening my already sealed drink pouring some of the drink out, and adding the milk foam to the top. This was disgusting and clearly, she does not know anything about customer service. If this is how they handle business I will not return to Gong Cha again. For the time being, I've lost all interest in this franchise.

So there are quite a few bobba/milk tea/ juice bars In Worcester and I think this one is the best if you want a more desert oriented beverage from the rest.

THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS though which stinks. Had to walk about 2-3 blocks to find a restroom.

I've visited a few Gong Cha locations recently. Have you heard of the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV? With an expanded free trial which you can play through the entirety of A Realm Reborn, the award-winning Heavensward expansion, and also the award-winning Stormblood expansion up to level 70 for free with no restrictions on playtime. Gong Cha is currently running a promotion to get an in-game mount or an exclusive keychain, so that's why I have visited a few locations recently.
Gong Cha is broadly consistent and good. Their drinks are fairly customizable for sugar and ice levels and the staff will typically ask you for your preference, so if you feel nervous at all about asking for adjustments, know that the extra consideration can help lower the threshold to getting a drink you enjoy. I feel like Gong Cha's prices are a little higher than some other shops that also do a great job, but you're also getting a greater focus on personalization in the customer experience, so it's a fair value by comparison. It's a 'sometimes' treat, so the service can be a nice complement to the drink.
