Why are people always giving mediocre reviews for great little places? Yes, the parking could be better and maybe they don't have a "Cereal aisle" selection of product. Initially, you should be rating their service and product.A lot of these little places fought their butt off just trying to get established and people rate them based on a lot of factors that they cannot control. Maybe just get better at being a city visitor/tenant and learn how to park and drive in Worcester?Bottom line--This place is wonderful. My daughter and I love it. They always fill the teas up to the brim and never skimp on ingredients. The flavors are to die for and I think people are just never satisfied nowadays. ?♀️Keep doing your Thang, Gong Cha!! We’ve been loving it here lately - prompt service and great variety of customizable bubble teas. The crème brûlée flavors are unique and quite tasty. Last time we were in we brought a card game and hung out for a while - nice welcoming atmosphere. Plus it always smells so good - next time we’ll have to grab one of the waffles. Parking can be difficult if there’s an event downtown but we haven’t had too much of an issue.

I been to many Gong Cha chains, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite one. It is right across from the Hanover Theater so you can grab a quick drink after a show.Every time I have been here, the service has been quick and efficient. The décor is also really nice, as you can sit and chat with your friends for hours.

It's a very new store, clean and bright! The service wasn't too bad. However, the store music was way too loud. I couldn't even hear what the staff was saying when tried to order. In addition, I'm not sure if it's because it's new, I don't feel the tea, mocha latte with tapioca in this case, wasn't too authentic. To be fair, I would give it another try in the future when I get a chance and see if the flavor improves!

I really enjoy the quality of the bubble tea here. Gong Cha is a smaller chain that doesn't cut corners when it comes to quality. My pearl milk tea tasted authentic. Ordering was very easy on the mobile app. I've been converted from Vivi's to Gong Cha!

The best boba pearls In MA. Typically boba are more close rubber which I'm not a fan. But gong Cha's bobas feel real. They don't have the rubber consistency. Even the shops at Boston can't compare

Strawberry Green Tea with Basil Seed is my favorite in the entire menu. Oolong Milk tea with pudding or herbal jelly is good as well.Locations Natick Mall and Quincy, MA as well as Denver, CO and Chinatown NYC that I been there are consistent.

Prices are on the high side and the service is surprisingly slow given how many people are behind the counter. Nice place to hang out though. The big problem is that there is zero parking; you have to walk from the library parking lot in my experience. Really close to the courthouse though, so easy to stop into if you’re going or coming from there.
