This place is awesome. Such a great treat for your protein needs. Awesome locally spot- great vibes here too. If you’re in the area it’s close to a lot of gyms that are on Grafton Street too. Definitely stop by and check out their delicious shakes, energy teas and more.

Kelly and her staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. I love the delicious shakes and teas and the personalized approach to wellness they offer! The shop itself is always clean and it’s a great place to sit and relax if you have a minute but they’re super quick so if you need your drinks to go they’ll get you out of their with time to spare! I love everything about UpHill Nutrition and I recommend them to anyone looking for a delicious but healthy snack!

Not only are the teas and shakes the best I’ve ever had but the service is top tier! Kelly, Cortney, Meg & Will always greet me (and all their customers) with a smile and they don’t even have to ask my order since they know it already! Uphill is a 10/10 I highly recommend!
