We go in at 8:50, 10 minutes before closing time and the employee just stares us down without saying anything and I notice that she is cleaning up. After 2 minutes of awkwardly standing there being stared down by the employee who still hasn’t said a word, I ask I’m sorry are you closed? And she says no we clean up at 8:50. So, they do not close at 9:00, they close at 8:50 since they stop serving you at 8:50 and they were rude about it.

This place has incredibly fast service and friendly staff. I would say if you’re into variety, you’ll like this location for their array of things you could put into a poke bowl. They also give you a decent portion size too. However, the food is just okay. The fish was semi-fresh and scarce since it was hidden under other toppings. For $17, it wasn’t bad for a create your own bowl considering other places I’ve been to would charge $20-21 for a similar order.Do I feel the need to come back here? If I’m in the area, sure. I don’t feel the need to go out of my way to get food here though, as it’s slightly above average at best.

One of my favorite places to get a poké bowl and boba/milk tea in town! It's right by Clark's campus, so you may see a college student or professor there. There are a few tables inside to sit and eat, or you can take your food to go. The staff there are super nice. And the food is always fresh and vibrant and well-priced. Wide variety of options but nothing too unfamiliar. They've got all kinds of things beyond poké too! Whether you are familiar with the poké experience or not, this is a lovely place to grab a bite. What a great value and an excellent little cafe!

Plenty of options to customize your order, be it online or at the counter. I ordered online but went in early just to see how the place ran on a friday night, and I was impressed. Fast service, plenty of options, and based the vibe, unsurprisingly delicious food; first impressions, of course. Not the cheapest for the amount of food you get, but not the most expensive either. Very good and very healthy, would definitely try again.

You should investigate more and accurately. Your employee did not use any strainer. Also, I do support local small business that is why I accepted that drink instead of refusing to pay and walk away . Please train your employees for better customer service and proper food hygiene practice. ☺️
These place is Horrible!!! I ordered bubble tea, with specific direction for no ice. But when I went to pick it up, they said they don't know what I'm talking about. Then the person took my order she told the cashier to pick up the ice from the tea. The cashier literally picked up the ice one by one , dipping her finger in my tea (in frontofme). Then returned the half filled cup to me. If you like people dipping their fingers in your tea this is definitely your place!!!!!

the food is amazing, my girlfriend and I come here all the time, service is impeccable, they'll have the spam musubi out in only a few minutes fresh and hot and not to mention outstanding. highly recommend trying their holy sauce in a poke bowl and spam musubi

I am 100% in love with this place! My Hawaiian island roots are strong so finding a place where I can get the closest to Hawaiian plate lunch in MA is amazing! The menu selection has everything from poke to Chicken Katsu. While it's on the smaller side it's worth the drive into Worcester. Staff are friendly and the ambiance is welcoming. Strongly recommend coming here if you are looking for something different yet tasty.

The last two times (the only 2 times) I ordered delivery of boba tea, which is delicious, but both times haven't received a straw or a cap you can poke a boba straw into. Nope, just a soda lid like you'd get from McDonald's. Tried to call and see if that's normal and what I can do to get a straw in the future. Got a non setup voicemail box; it was very weird. So, would I recommend them? So far, no. Will I try again? Maybe.
