I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!

Great customer service from Valentina (I hope I got your name right)!! I ordered for delivery through grubhub and she first called to let me know they were out of something I asked for. No big deal. Then, the driver forgot my drink and was unresponsive so Valentina called and took it upon herself to rectify the issue. Customer service like that will never go unnoticed so I hope she is treated like the star she is at work. Thank you so much! ?

Masks were around the employees Chins as they were chatting with customers. I am not interested in eating food or ordering coffee from a place who isn't wearing mask properly. I walked out.
I got my coffee there every morning they're great a little slow and understaffed but seems like these ladies have been working there a long time and half a system down to a science so always leave a good tip smile on your face of course I need you as a corporation so it's overpriced but quick fast and friendly
