Great family run location. They are really fantastic - quick -the food is always super fresh.
I don’t know why anyone bothers with Dunkin anymore. Honey Dew is miles above anything from DD.
Mocha madness and a spinach and feta pastry is like a match made in heaven.
Workers are so kind
Not the fastest service. They need to allow online orders all day long.. the app stops working r king after noon for this store.
Farouk and the crew are awesome I come here every day and I don't think I've ever had a complaint blows dunks out of the water!
The Absolute Best Coffee Shop there is. The Service is Top Notch, Kim, and the rest of the Crew are the ultimate professional example of hard working Employee's. They all deserve a Raise !!!
The food definitely could have been better the steak bagel was way too greasy!
The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.

Everyone who works here is so nice and the service is fast. The breakfast options are way better than dunkins & starbucks in my opinion. The spinach pie is my favorite. The coffee isn't bad either.

I've only been there in the mornings several times. Their prices are not a bargain but the pastries and donuts are good. I especially like their raspberry filled chocolate covered donut. Their bagels are above average too. Nice and dense and not huge and filled with air bubbles. Tasty bagels. Can't give them 5 stars because last time I was there I asked for a bagel toasted with butter. Without blinking the waitress put the order in and it was ready very quickly. I began to eat in my car in the parking lot and noticed that the spread on my bagel did not taste much like butter and most annoying of all was that the fake "spread" that they put on my bagel was loaded with water and was making my bagel soggy. I brought it into the shop and discussed this with the waitress and she insisted that she was in the right to serve me some weird margarine despite letting me know when I ordered that I'd be getting butter. That interaction was unacceptable. She offered no remedy. I'll make sure when I go back that if they don't have real butter I will take the bagel home and grill it myself. Rude.

Honeydew across-the-board is pretty consistent no matter what location you go to but I specifically come to this one because of the gentleman that works there he's so sweet and so kind and always has a smile on his face and remembers the people that come consistently. They are about to other honeydews that are much easier for me to get to you on my commute to and from work but I go out of my way every time just to go to Grafton Street because of him.

The Grafton St location in Worcester MA....A sole employee was there. An older gentleman who didn't speak great English. He scanned my coupon for ONE sandwich and tried to charge me $7. For one sandwich. He admitted it was an error, but said he couldn't fix the mistake. He said there was no one else there that could help, including management.I left the store with no food and no coupons, as they disappear once scanned.I tried calling customer service, which is only an outgoing VM. I tried sending an email - got a copy/paste response, saying I can just call the location itself, which I tried to do to no avail. Not allowing customers to ever speak with someone anywhere within corporate? Holy cow.
