First off I wanna say I went in the afternoon not the morning so it may be different staff. The person who served me was very friendly was very prompt in taking care of things make sure there was plenty of cream cheese on the bagel and the coffee was made exactly to my liking. I had a great experience visiting the shop in the afternoon.
Its clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that I did not like is the girls in the coffee shop (prepping the orders) did not have their face masks covering their noses! Bad form!

They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.
Brandy and the morning team are the best.
