We told them it was our first time in and the experience was on average. Price was good, however I felt awkward at checkout because she didn’t give me or offer my change, I waited for it & instead she asked me if I wanted to order anything else. If you pay cash, they keep the rest (didn’t even feel like an option honestly). This should be mentioned before one pays the bill. Would have been nice to know that. If you pay card, you’re able to choose the desired percentage. Hope this helps!

I’ve given this place more than one chance, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing.
The first time I ordered, I paid extra for a side of chicken that was never delivered. When I called to let them know, they told me they were closing and I could come by the next day to pick it up. Not ideal, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Today, I went in person and placed a very simple order: the Santa Fe Veggie with no onions. Not only did they include onions — they seemed to load it up with more onions than anything else. I tried calling them for half an hour to fix the issue, but every call went straight to voicemail.
I’m really disappointed. The food here can be good when they get it right. But between the missing items, ignored instructions, and lack of response, it’s hard to justify coming back. Make sure to double check your order if you decide to give them a try.

Hot Table has become a go to for those busy days where you want something quick and don’t feel like cooking. I have eaten here several times now and have tried several items off the menu and still have yet to have a bad experience. Consistently excellent paninis!
