Good place for a coffee and sandwich. Injad a ham and cheese and it was excellent. The ham and the cheese were fresh and served on a tastu sourdough. My wife a crispy chicken sandwich and she liked it! Plenty of parking!

The most unprofessional management and staff I’ve ever come into contact with. Told us they’d give us a refund and after attempting to contact the manager for two weeks I finally get this response on insta saying they would contest our refund… mind you they said they’d give us a refund and we never got our food and they had handed our food to a different customer! They never remade our order because we in person said can you please refund us and they said yes.

I was lied that I was given a refund. Called twice to try get this resolved. Left my number twice to get the manager to call me back who's 1) takes the whole day apparently be on break 2) never be on site
Now I have to go back in person to get this resolved. It wasn't a small amount where I can just let it go.

After going to a bougie coffee shop and getting two incredibly disappointing coffees, my friend and I Googled some other coffee places in the area and stumbled on iKrave. I'm so happy we did! They have such an extensive menu in terms of coffee flavors, smoothies, frappes, baked goods and a small lunch menu. Their prices are also WAY more affordable than other places. Staff was friendly and efficient, lots of seating and TVs, bathrooms, AND a drive thru! This is definitely my new place to go for coffee!
Despite coming in 15 minutes prior to closing John was patient with our indecisiveness & helped to guide us through what to order because we've never been here. He displayed excellent customer service. We ordered 2 coffees & 2 sandwiches .. all 4 items were made to perfection with fresh ingredients. I would also like to note the prices are more thareasonable. Would definitely come back.One complaint: we really wanted to tip, but the machine did not ask us when we paid. There was a cash jar, but unfortunately we don't carry cash.

I live nearby so my roommate and I used to go here a lot. Their food and coffee does taste really good! But in the last 6 months we’ve gone here less and less because they started giving us the wrong order 99% of the time. And it’s not like we’re ordering special things. Just regular sandwiches and coffee on the menu, but they give us something else. And it still tastes good, but it’s not what I ordered!And the real problem is that what they give me is ALWAYS something cheaper than what I ordered! And when I ask for it to be remade, or for a refund, they always say no. So that’s just a rip off.I was thinking the staff had a grudge against my roommate and I or something, but this week I watched them do it to 2 other strangers. So I think they must have started losing money and have decided to scam people instead.it’s good, but I’m not going to pay for a $7 sandwhich and have you hand me a $4 sandwhich instead. it’s not worth that upcharge and bad service! and what about when you actually were just craving a certain menu item, pay for it, and are then not given it? it’s a scummy business practiceyou were a great addition to the neighborhood. your products were great. you didn’t have to start doing this
