Honestly crazy came in today wanting to get my drink and food for my kids, as one of my kids proceeded to joke to another one of her siblings the person taking the order thru drive through couldn’t speak proper english and we tried to explain the drink and then they said they won’t serve us. Went on Easter because our usual spot Bagel Time down the street was closed. There is no comparison. We got a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. The asiago bagel was burnt and had no flavor and the breakfast Sammie was flavorless and had a bad egg to meat ratio. Can't understand why anyone would go there over Bagel Time... Don't waste your time and drive 4 minutes down the road for a better selection and flavor.

Messed up my order while in drive up. Got the whole order wrong even while I was at the window. Pulled off and when I went to eat my food it still was wrong even when I told then again what I ordered.

the older woman that works here is the best!! helping us with our ordering, helping train new employees all while making food for the customers before us.. it’s overall such a positive experience!! love to come for lunch with my grandma ❤️
I don’t want to hate on the staff they were nice but I did not enjoy my experience here. The table I was at had crumbs and big food pieces all over the floor, and worst of all there was a big fly hovering over my table the whole time, in January… Hot chocolate I had also did not taste like chocolate at all and had this weird honey taste, I don’t think I’ll come back

The girls working were nice. But my muffin bag, and my latte cup smelled like a cleaning agent. I couldn't drink my latte. It was my first time going, and unfortunately I won't be going back. Please don't clean near the plastic cups, utensils, bags, etc. Or wait until business is closed to clean.

Every time I go to this place I don’t know why the ladies at the window or inside are always rude, never smile, unprofessional, like every day. EVERY DAY. I don’t like that at all and if I hear again the same language to me again not sure what I am going to do. They do good coffee, but at least treat your clients with respect. We don’t ask for more. We don’t care what you have on your shoulders. Treat people good. That’s what you are working for.

Really great prices and good food! I ordered a BLT with a smoothie and an ice water and it was just 12.75! Most places would have been 15+. Good atmosphere and they have beef bacon! Best cafe I've been to in the area so far!
