The coffee is terrible. Everyone in our party did not like theirs. Lox bagel has maybe half the lox I usually get anywhere else. Açaí bowl was tasteless and mango was clearly frozen and thawed (I’d understand but it’s mango season). And everything is overpriced for what it was. Definitely no.

Horrible service. The woman server was busy chit chatting rather than preparing my bagel and avocado toast. Waited already 10 mins and as others walked in she suggested continue to wait?? With 2 kids? Is there any policy of first come first serve? And the one thing she did make, iced latte, didn’t follow the instructions of light ice…the whole cup is filled with ice…glad i am only traveling and don’t live here so dont have to deal with this…would not recommend at all.

I went to infused for the Tiramisu Latte a couple of times. That drink is AMAZING! However, the matcha really lacks. It’s extremely watered down. I ordered an iced matcha with vanilla and cold foam. It tasted like sugar milk, not like matcha at all. I get matcha everywhere and I’ve never had one that tastes like pure milk. Very dissatisfied. It was also really powdery, as it clearly was not mixed well. The cold foam melted in a second. I don’t know why places put cold foam in whip cream canisters. It ruins it and ends up being a waste of money. Hopefully they change the matcha lattes and the cold foam! Other than that, the place is great.
