I've been here quite a few times now. Overall, it is pretty good. The vibe inside isn't super cozy or anything special, but the fancy-ness of the coffee makes up for that. I always get a breakfast sandwich and a tiramisu latte. The tiramisu latte is ridiculously expensive, but I always end up getting it simply because it tastes so good. The breakfast sandwiches are decent, nothing I would go specifically for but it's good enough that I'm not bothered buying one.

Busy and instead of making orders in the order in which they receive them, the girl continues to ring in customers, making their coffees. You should be helping customers in the order which they pay. Making us wait 15+ min for a smoothie. Awful customer service. Cashier was handling money and never changed her gloves when making smoothies and bowls. Disgusting

I have been coming here since they opened 2ish years ago. It's such an underrated place!!! They offer a variety of coffee & matcha (yummy home made sauces). I haven't tried their Acai bowls but I love their breakfast sandwiches!!!! Love this place and I wish them nothing but success!

The latte was really tasty and they had so many options for seasonal drinks. The avocado toast was also good, no complaints! :)
My friend and I didn’t realize it was beside the skating rink, meaning we did occasionally hear some loud bangs but overall we could still chat as normal without feeling like it was insanely loud.
This café represents a clear failure in basic hospitality and operational competence. From the moment of entry, the environment felt disorganized and unwelcoming, setting the tone for an experience that only deteriorated further.
The staff demonstrated a striking lack of professionalism. Interactions were curt and inattentive, with employees appearing either unwilling or unable to provide even minimal customer service. Requests were met with visible annoyance, and questions regarding the menu were handled dismissively, creating an atmosphere that discouraged any further engagement.
Most concerning, however, was the café’s apparent inability to manage its inventory. Despite advertising menu items that prominently feature cheese, the establishment had completely run out of it. Running out of such a fundamental ingredient suggests poor planning and a disregard for customer expectations.
Overall, this café falls well below acceptable standards. Between the unprofessional staff, inadequate preparation, and lack of accountability, it is difficult to identify any redeeming qualities. I would strongly advise prospective customers to seek out a more competent and customer-focused establishment.
