Came here for a treat with my brother’s family visiting from Toronto. Most items on the menu weren’t available, and the staff member was rude, lazy, and uninformed. We had to repeatedly ask what was actually in stock, and even then, our orders were messed up. I mentioned an allergy, and he still included the ingredient I asked to avoid. Not worth the time or money — definitely won’t be coming back.

First time trying Insomnia Cookies and ordered delivery from their website. Driver headed out with the order at 8:50pm. I’m only about a mile or two away so it should’ve only taken about 5 minutes. I then watched on the tracker as they drove aimlessly around Worcester and passed my home multiple times for the next 40 minutes. I figured maybe they had other orders and was about to call to see what was up when I finally got a notification that it was “delivered”. Lo and behold, nothing was delivered. Checked every possible spot they may have placed it outside. Called to ask for a refund and the girl who answered the phone was very unapologetic and then proceeded to hang up on me after asking for a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would but at least they earned 1 star for actually issuing the refund. Please have your staff focus on customer service skills. This is disappointing since the majority of the reviews are positive. Won’t bother trying again.

Awesome cookies and especially love their ice cream sandwiches since I can choose which ice cream and which cookies and two scoops of ice cream is a lot 😋

This place needs to be shut down before I can’t leave my house because I have become a cookie. Ordered them once and haven’t stopped since. Help

It’s tempting but never worth it. Expensive (which like I get it, it has to be for the business model) and food is ehhhhh. Might as well just drag yourself down the street to a cvs.
