I had a really frustrating experience at this location today between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. I ordered a deluxe cookie with ice cream to go, and when I asked for a box, the employee refused and gave it to me on a small plate instead. The ice cream was already melting, making it impossible to carry without making a mess.
What makes it worse is that my friend, who was with me, had the exact same issue. After checking other Google reviews, it’s clear this problem has been happening for weeks with the same employee and no action seems to be taken. Really disappointing service for a place that sells items meant to be taken on the go.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this location today and ordered a deluxe cookie with ice cream to go, but the employee refused to give me a to-go box—something I’ve always received before. He was rude about it, and both my order and my friend’s were handed to us on plates with melting ice cream, which ended up spilling in the car.
What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time. After checking Google reviews, I noticed multiple complaints from weeks ago about this same employee refusing boxes and being rude. Clearly no action is being taken, and customers keep having the same problem. This really needs to be addressed—this is not the experience you expect from Insomnia Cookies.

Bro who ever is in the kitchen needs to go. That’s means if your heart isn’t into baking the day you work stay home please we do not want bad batches. I do not want stale hard as a rock cookies as someone who orders from here frequently specifically on my bad days. I am expecting soft fresh cookies. Please do better. I had a caca day and work 3rd shift. So yeah when I tell you I needed these cookies, they were needed. Naturally this place is really good so I am truly disappointed with whom ever is taking the time to destroy such wonderful goodies. 😩 stale as can be. Even breaking them apart was hard. Yeah nope. Btw check your oat milk it has a tofu looking thing in the bottom. Only realized as I was pouring it felt like a clunk dropped 🤢 picture shows tan thing at the bottom of the carton.

Aaron (Mr. Insomnia himself) was a heaven sent help. All of my prayers were answered when he humbly offered me the best cookie I had ever consumed. Will be coming back specifically to bask in his presence again.

customer service was awful. The gentleman that served first said they were out of brownies, okay got a cookie. when he came out to scoop the ice cream on the cookie i asked to get it in a cup. he said unfortunately no. I then asked if i could purchase a cup. he said unfortunately no. I asked can i buy 2 scoops of ice cream and you just give me the cup you would’ve served it in? he said if you really wanna do that. Extremely miserable and rude.

We had an upsetting experience at Insomnia Cookies on October 15th. The staff member working that day treated us very disrespectfully. When we asked for an extra paper plate, he refused in an arrogant and dismissive way. Even after we offered to pay for it, he still refused.
What made this worse was that it felt like we were being treated differently because we are Indians. His attitude and tone made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if he didn’t want us to buy anything.
We’ve always enjoyed Insomnia Cookies before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We sincerely hope the management looks into this incident and ensures that no one else faces this kind of discriminatory behavior again.

We visited Insomnia Cookies around 10:50 PM on October 15th and were very disappointed with our experience. The staff was not welcoming at all and came across as rude. We simply asked for an extra paper plate, but the staff refused and didn’t respond properly.
It was disheartening because I couldn’t help but feel that I was treated disrespectfully—possibly because I’m Asian. I’ve always enjoyed Insomnia Cookies, but this experience was truly disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Customer service was bad . they were out of brownies wtv so i got a cookie and ice cream, they were out of spoons wtv. the worker then proceeds to put a ton of ice cream on my cookie on this tiny plate, so i ask for a box because i dont live around and had to drive home he then tells me, he cant give out the boxes. I should've asked for a refund but i did not so instead i had to drive home with this plate of melted ice cream and a soggy cookie 😻
