Personally our cookies were warm and delicious and we got them within a few minutes of ordering. The other customers in the store however were very disturbing, disruptive and rude, one of them even shouting about her order being wrong multiple times and complaining about a hair in her ice cream. Another customer kicked my car when we left because he was crossing illegally when I was trying to leave my parking spot. Weird experience overall, beware when going in person on a Saturday night.

Had an amazing experience here at around 12:30 at night’ Richard was amazing !!! I saw him take about 4 customers before he got to me & he was fast friendly & had amazing customer service skills’ definitely made my visit & experience their the best !!! Thank you Richard for being so nice & having a smile on your face in this cruel world’ definitely looking forward to going back’
I placed an order through doordash a sweet young lady called me to let me know they didn’t have chocolate chunk an offered me with an exchange so very polite and so generous ❤️ she definitely deserves it all vey great customer

I tried their cookies for the first time due to a promo I found online. 20 cookies for $20 bucks. Great selection including Vegan and Gluten Free. I was able to pick a precise time for my delivery. (The delivery feed was reasonable as well) I asked for no-contact delivery due to my excitable fat beagle and the delivery person executed it perfectly. I also received a text letting me know the cookies had arrived. The box contained the correct flavors that I had ordered online - no mistakes. Next time I'm trying their brownies.
