Been there a few times was OK but this will be my last time going there after they refuse to seat us half hour before they closed when we called they said it was ok to come when we got there there guy who is the host or the front door guy refused to let us sit and there was plenty of people in there still ordering food. The same guy also smoke cigarettes right at the front door. Don’t really care to smell cigarettes before I go eat. They need to do better.

Absolutely terrible service, we frequent this restaurant monthly and will not be coming back.
My boyfriend and I came today to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated about immediately at 6:45. After we sit, a party of 29 is sat in our section and our waiter is assigned to this group as well. We wait for about 20 minutes to finally get our drink and food order to be taken. Food then takes 45 to come out and is COLD. I complain to the older asian woman, who I can only assume is the manager/owner that the food came out cold. She gives some dumb excuse saying “Oh you know your server is busy tonight, sorry”. She promises to make us a fresh Calamari basket and it will be out in 2 minutes. You can see where this is going.. 15 minutes later she brings the “new”one out, which was obviously the same tray she gave us originally just greasier from being thrown in the oil again. Picture below was when the ticket was entered for the food to come out 45mins later.
It was a complete stupid move on management to assign a server with tables already a party of 29. This special party, (who the owners/managers) were definitely giving special treatment to, should have gotten their own server.
Juicy special recipe seems to have changed I’ve tried it twice and recently and it really doesn’t have that flavor that I loved. Idk what it is

Disappointing Experience at Juicy Seafood? FOOD IS OVERPRICED!! I recently visited Juicy Seafood and was thoroughly unimpressed. The service was slow and the food was a letdown. - Long wait to order food and the chicken wings were old, look like that was the second time they fried them? - Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend Juicy Seafood to anyone looking for a quality seafood experience.
