This place is awful, ordered delivery tonite and the driver delivered it to the next door neighbor when I called them they said that he did not, that he still had the food so I told them for him to deliver it to the right house and they proceeded to tell me that they would not deliver to me anymore. The driver didn’t speak any English. Great job guys!

Every time i order from here, i am disappointed! I've given it multiple chances, only to be disappointed every single time! the chicken parmesan is Not good, Don't even order it. Overcooked pasta, chopped up pre-frozen chicken patty. Burnt chewy cheese on top. i ordered a Churro. That was good, but it was cold. i ordered an extra side of Dulce de Leche.. it was missing entirely from the order. So, i got ripped on that! The delivery driver was Rude, even though i tipped him. Do yourself a favor folks, keep riding on by this place!

We haven't eaten here in a while and it's close to our house now. I remember why we don't eat here. It is a Saturday night, so it did take over an hour, but the food was absolutely disguessing. The French fries were ice, cold and hard and the sandwich. I had to split between 3 kids. But how could I when the chicken was cutting little pieces? I won't even waste my time call. Ing because I do not want a refund or a remake. 23.00 dollars for garbage

they mess up your food, forget items, take forever to deliver all that and the food isn’t even good.
fries are greasy and unappetizing, the cheese on pizza is unpleasantly chewy and their burgers taste like nothing.
their ingredients are never fresh, you’re better off getting mcdonald’s for dinner. i’ve given J&J multiple chances, but each time it got worse.
not worth a single penny.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 24 pieces of chicken wings, they fried in old oil, only send 3 legs and 21 pieces of wings, I asked for ranch and blue cheese they didn’t send it , when I called the guy was talking over me Saying don’t touch the food I will refund you very rude guy I will never order anything again

Unfortunately you can't get it the way you like it unless you complain and they will make you new food and deliver ASAP but I just don't have time to send it back every to time I order !! Example I ordered my pizza well done in caps WELL DONE SO YOU SEE BLACK CHAR ON THE CRUST !!! CRUST US BROWNISH WHITE ??? ORDER STEAK SPECIAL, TOASTED WELL DONE ... YOU GET LIGHTLY TOASTED WITH THE MEAT WELLDONE ??? ITALIAN WRAP EXTRA ONION AND HOT PEPPER...I GET NO ONIONS OR HOT PEPPERS !!! I honestly don't know about the atmosphere I've never been there but I don't know how to rate it honestly so it is what it is!! THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD JUST AGGRAVATING YOU CAN'T GET WHAT YOU WANT!!! SORRY J &J looking for a new place!! Such good food too if you like it their way !!
