Honestly, my family has been ordering this place for a while because it’s close by and opens late. But I’d rather not keep ordering from them if I had the choice. The pizza is not too bad but it’s just thin so you can barely grab the slice without it wobbling around. I do like their breaded chicken wings but I can get that at any other pizzeria. We also ordered fries but it’s as if somebody ate half of it already, this was supposed to be a large fries. And for this recent order that we got, there was pieces of hair on our pizza, which was disgusting. The delivery time is rather normal about 45 to an hour.

This place has really stepped up their game!! The pizza was delicious, steak and cheese calzone was good, the Italian sub was basic, but still good. I wish they would use better sub rolls. The prices are fantastic. If you haven't had these guys in a while, give them another shot.

Nice driver came with my food inside my home and the owner was on the phone saying they closed (again in my home, with the food). So, the owner had the driver throw food away that was paid for thru door dash. Horrible customer svc. they wanted cash only…shady.Shame on them. At least give to the homeless. Spread the word…

Extremely rude and fraudulent owner/management. Do not order from 3 Acton St, Worcester. The delivery driver was from the location (not door dash driver) as she was on phone w owner, he demanded cash only when I already paid door dash.
He was speaking Portuguese, which I understood every word.
This review is for the J&J Pizza Express inside the Solomon Pond Mall. Ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, I received 2 slices of a very thin (like paper) piece with more oil than anything, it was sloppy and dripping grease all over my arm. When I finished I lifted the plate to throw it away and the table under the plate had actual puddles of grease. Never eating this pizza again at $12+ for 2 slices and a drink for something worth about $2

went to their location at the food court at Marlborough Solomon Pond Mall. Most malls have a stupid Sbarro or Regina but J&J was legit. Slices were warm and taste good. Reasonable

This review is for the J&J Pizza Express inside the Solomon Pond Mall. It is 5:20 on a Saturday. The mall is packed and when I ordered a large pizza they said they were not making any large pizzas. I then asked for all the pepperoni slices they have and the young lady said there is only one and that they won't make any more. She said this with an attitude. This is a new place and with this kind if service it won't last.BAD SERVICE. Do not recommend.
