This place is secret place that everybody should know about. It is a wonderfully small place with chairs that remind me of old elementary school chairs and you sit down menus always at a table. Then you pick feom assortment of breakfast and lunch food items, My wife and I try to go up there a couple times a week. Definitely more than a couple times a month. I can update pictures with food and etc. But it is such a value for the community to have a spot like this. I would say that this is now an institution rather than just a place.

I have been to many diners and really respect going to family owned places. This place has 4.5 stars so i went there while in town for a breakfast first impression wasnt welcoming at all we sat ourselves down,while sitting i was looking around and the place seemed extremely run down, waitress was nice but food was terrible , bland tasting, presentation was very poor put on your plate and go feeling, pancakes were wet and extremly under cooked, i politely brought this to the waitresss attention but was brushed off, i wasnt looking for free food or even a discount just simply a make it right but got nothing despite all of the above i still payed and left a tip. I personally wouldnt recommend this place. The menu is very small with not much variety,the seating is school seats with some benches,tables were dirty but didnt realize this at first glance. Yes it is right off the highway which is convienient but if u got the extra time spend your money elsewhere at a more welcoming diner. Im not one to write bad reviews unless my experience is actually bad. I hope that i can save someone some time and effort

Love this place so much. Very affordable, so delicious, always under 30 for 2 people during breakfast and that's always after leaving a huge tip. If you were there, you'd also leave a huge tip every time

This place is a gem. Had breakfast here in 2022 and again this month. Best breakfast experience of our 5-week road trip. Jean is still cooking and serving delicious and generous meals (for 46 years). Be ready to sit and enjoy conversing with the locals. It's also a bargain pricewise!
