Picked up a few cupcakes for a friend who is gluten-free. It was my first time trying gluten-free cupcakes and I have to say they were delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I felt the cupcakes were a little pricey, $5 a piece plus tax. I understand that gluten-free products tend to cost more, but I would totally recommend if you are gluten-free.

As a vegan, it is so nice to be able to have so many options. Even my non-vegan husband liked the things he got, especially the mocha. I also have gluten free family members so I will definitely be back to pick up treats before going to visit them. So glad this place opened up!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan items, both sweet and savory.Dietary restrictions: All items are vegan and gluten free.Parking: There is a small lot in front of the bakery.Kid-friendliness: There are toys and games for kids to play with while you're there. Looks very family friendly.

Friendly staff. The treats were pretty, but I was a little put off for how sweet they looked. I got the chipwich or something and discovered I was right. Couldn't finish more than the first bite I took. I still want to try a couple other pastries or sandwiches. Hopefully I'll find something I enjoy before my 20 probation dollars are spent. The cookie sandwich thing was $7. I'll be back to update.

Jenny Lee opened the weekend I was diagnosed with celiac disease and I'm convinced it was fate. This is such a safe place for me to eat from and it's insanely delicious. I won a cake from her a couple months ago ( it was HUGE) and my guests who didn't have dietary restrictions were FLOORED it was allergen free. Not a crumb left. Buy one of everything and stretchy pants.Dietary restrictions: I highly recommend if you're vegan or have any dietary restriction.Kid-friendliness: My son has accompanied me to get treats and lives her toy and bookshelf while he waits!

We ordered a dozen cupcakes for our wedding since we had three guests with allergies or sensitivities. Everyone who ate them, allergies/sensitivities or not all remarked at how delicious the cupcakes were. My wedding was also on a weekday when the Worcester location isn’t usually open, but they were very accommodating and let me pick them up the day before. Very impressed with the bakery as a whole!

Loved this place!! I have celiac with no major food allergies so I didn’t personally need the lack of eggs, dairy, etc. but I’m so glad this option exists for people who do!! People with celiac commenting on unusual textures, please remember that this store may be a safe haven to someone with a major dairy or soy allergy, amongst other top 9s— it’s not just for us! Flavors were very good, definitely some stuff that I think I would’ve liked better with dairy like the cannolis. When you have celiac it’s important to appreciate different textures beyond gluten-y and love the flavor while you’re at it!! I really admire the ability to make a gluten free donut that’s moist and chewy!!!!P.S. take your pretzel home and put it in the toaster. Amazing snack!!!!!

I was in the area for a drs appt with my son today, found this bakery on the FindMeGF app and stopped in. We picked out a few different cupcakes (vanilla, raspberry and cinnamon toast crunch,) a whoopie pie and a couple different donuts (cookie dough and birthday cake.) Brought everything home and had a taste of all. Everything was AWESOME…but that cinnamon toast crunch cupcake was OUT of this world. Hard to believe they are Vegan and Top 9 Allergy Free. We will definitely be back!!!
I had one of the bakery's "chipwiches" at the Spring Grafton Market near their Worcester location. It was sooooo amazing, and good for me as I have many food sensitivities. This was such a great find, I will have to check out their Worcester bakery!

I put an order in a week before I would pick it up. They informed me that this would incur a rush fee, but it took days for them to respond to me to tell me how much that would be and they never actually quoted me an entire price until the day before I was scheduled to pick it up (which was $80). They also did not communicate that if they don't receive payment right away they will cancel your order. They had sent me a link through paypal to my email which I did not see until this morning because I had been working all day. Since they only sent the invoice yesterday and the cake was due today, they canceled my order. They did not attempt to reach out via phone or text and just emailed me this morning to tell me my order was canceled.I understand they are short-staffed, but I also run a business, and communication with customers is key to satisfaction. I will not be using their services again. Very poorly run.

The website states the open times for walk in and I drive 45 mins to their place and it was close on a Wednesday at 2pm when it states it’s open. I have messaged twice for a quote and was told they confirm orders on Monday and Tuesdays and I have heard nothing back. I wasted my time, and looking at the previous reviews, it isn’t great either.

THE BEST! Everything Jen makes is the absolute best. So yeah it's allergen free but literally the flavors and textures are so spot on. Jen is the most hardworking woman I know and she puts out the tastiest treats. Go grab some for yourself asap!
