Worst Jersey Mikes I’ve ever seen. Comically bad. Picked up my first order, no one seemed to know what was going on, zero acknowledgment from employees. Received a bowl with just turkey- no bacon, cheese, tomato, or onion. Re-ordered a replacement and received the same incorrect bowl.

I have been here 5 times for steak and cheese with onions...6th visit ewcentlyI ordered same and it was 1/2 down on cheese and steak with no onions ....intentionally screwed? Did they change the recipe? Who knows I might give it one more chance.

My recent order was truly disappointing. We ordered 2 sandwiches and both had one half of the meat the sandwiches usually have. I fell for the triple points promotion and received half the usual ingredients. I mean everything was cut in half!!! I always request jalapeños on the side and have never got them I mean never ever! I need to reevaluate my choice of sandwich shop.
This order I ordered 2 sandwiches, paid for 2 sandwiches and only one was delivered. Either the driver took the sandwich or it was the store having no attention to detail.
Previous visit. Hardly any lettuce and tomatoes. Requested jalapeños on the side never got them. The bread was so dry it fell apart. I don't know if they're not covering it or if it's day old.

Very rude employees. Argued with me in front of other customers when I filled my reusable cup with ice after spending $40 on sandwiches but insisted I “stole soda” from the fountain. I will never return to Jersey mikes. Even after years of being a loyal customer to the original Jersey Mike’s in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, since 1999. Shame. But luckily Worcester has plenty to offer when it comes to food establishments. This unprofessional behavior makes it easy to choose from now.

Went to pickup food and the employees out right ignored me for getting the food I ordered. Ontop of that when they finally asked what name I was picking up they said it’s still getting made, meanwhile they point at it walk away and then just walk around aimlessly when they could of made the food, store had three people in it two getting food one sitting down and had over 4 emplyees
