This place has good sandwiches but now im grossed out as I went to pick up my sandwiche and watched an employee take off his glove to stick his finger in his ear to clean it where they make the sandwiches thrh put the same glove back on That's so gross to me.

I used to work here, and was manager here. District manager sucked so did the owner. They took advantage and never gave the raise and had always had excuses of not giving them, and had way too much work drama for a sandwich place. And definitely do not work night shift here they will complain about every spec of dust seen. Otherwise the food and workers are amazing and the regular managers everyone works hard etc. Just the district and owner being terrible.

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and was incredibly disappointed with the lack of hygiene and food handling practices. As a Muslim, I was particularly disturbed by their use of the same slicer for ham, cheese, and turkey. This is unacceptable, especially for customers with dietary restrictions such as Muslims and Jewish people who do not consume pork. The thought of cross-contamination is disgusting and completely unacceptable in a food establishment. To make matters worse, the bread for my sandwich was stale. Instead of grabbing a fresh loaf from the oven right behind them, the employee chose a stale one that had been sitting on the counter. It seemed like they were cutting corners at the expense of quality. The final issue was the lack of proper glove-changing protocol. The same employee who made a ham sandwich for the customer before me did not change their gloves before handling my food. This completely compromised the cleanliness of my sandwich, and I felt uncomfortable eating it. Despite all of this, I didn’t cause a scene and still paid $20 for what turned out to be a contaminated, subpar sandwich. I’m beyond disappointed and will not be returning to Jersey Mike’s again. For an establishment that prides itself on fresh, quality ingredients, these food safety practices need serious improvement.
The employees are respectful and willing to accommodate.

Just went to the new Jersey Mike's on Gold Star Blvd in Worcester ma. I spent with a 15%tip $13.89 for a 6 inch sub that had 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of roast beef and 2 pieces of turkey. A TOTAL RIPOFF! Will nit be returning.
