First time trying it today. Was amazed by the taste of ingredients and especially how fast my order was practically done when they started as soon as I said the name and ready on the counter shortly after my payment was completed. Definitely would love to eat here again. (: Big bonus is for the sandwich and drink I ordered, I only paid a little under $13. Meanwhile at subway you’ll probably end up spending a bit more.

Closed when I got there at 6:30 before google said they would be (7pm) which honestly is already a ridiculous hour to close on a Saturday to begin with. I walked here too. So annoyed and hungry.

Went to JJ’s in downtown Worcester recently, conveniently located just a short 200-yard walk from the AC Hotel. If you like Jimmy John’s, then this shop meets all of your expectations. The place was clean indoors and out. The lunch staff was very patient and cordial during order taking. The ice tea and sandwich/wrap were fresh and tasty as expected. Ate on the outside porch on a sunny weekday. (The steel picnic chairs are on the heavy side, so just be aware).
Omg, I was so excited that I did not take a photo, personally I think that this is the number 1 US subs brand, they're simple, the bread is French style and is amazing, the Pepe that is just ham, provolone, and the veggies that you want, I like all in and plus add some jalalpen̈o chips inside the sandwich, this make them really good, it is a sandwich, if you're looking for some crazy thing with plenty fancy ingredient this is not your place, i personally recommend this place!

We received a JJ gift card for Christmas from family back in Illinois (they didn't realize we didn't have one in Rhode Island). So my fiance and two girls (ages 18mo and 2yr) got in the car and drove the hour and 30 minutes to this Jimmy Johns location. First, the place was CLEAN! There was parking in the street out front, and the staff there were WONDERFUL. We ordered our food and when it was ready, one of the guys started to walk it over because I was balancing my youngest on my hip. I managed to grab the sandwiches and the other man came over and gave me a stack of napkins! And for normal people it's no biggie, but for a parent with toddlers, a stack of napkins is a HUGE deal. I thanks him for them and for cutting the sandwich in half for my girls. Anyways. Long review, but if you're still with me. Know that this JJs is amazing. The food is good. The guys were great. 10/10 stars
