We received a JJ gift card for Christmas from family back in Illinois (they didn't realize we didn't have one in Rhode Island). So my fiance and two girls (ages 18mo and 2yr) got in the car and drove the hour and 30 minutes to this Jimmy Johns location. First, the place was CLEAN! There was parking in the street out front, and the staff there were WONDERFUL. We ordered our food and when it was ready, one of the guys started to walk it over because I was balancing my youngest on my hip. I managed to grab the sandwiches and the other man came over and gave me a stack of napkins! And for normal people it's no biggie, but for a parent with toddlers, a stack of napkins is a HUGE deal. I thanks him for them and for cutting the sandwich in half for my girls. Anyways. Long review, but if you're still with me. Know that this JJs is amazing. The food is good. The guys were great. 10/10 stars

If your wearing dentures or have 5 teeth left in your mouth you will have a problem with their bread roll...tried 2x ...bread was extremely tough to bite through ..yes I wear dentures. I won't be back for a 3rd.

I ordered the turkey tom and I did say no tomato and light on the lettuce (only because sometimes the lettuce and mayo make a cole slaw soggy mixture) but I mean there is nothing to this sandwich. One tiny piece of turkey? Very disappointed in the lack of a sandwich.

Tuna is great. Avoid the chicken Caesar wrap which for some reason includes a plethora of mayonnaise

What a good crew of people working here! They were having a great time, and made my experience so much better than just a regular sandwich pickup. My Vito (Italian) was an UNwich, which meant no bread. What an amazing concept that I wish I knew about before.I dont know if all Jimmy John's are this awesome, but this one was. Highly recommend.

COCKROACH in my sandwich!!!My boss’ boss got us all a large catering order for a meeting. It was a great presentation, nicely packaged, seemed freshly made and came with condiments on the side.Well, i opened up my sandwich to add Mayo to it and found a COCKROACH running around in there!!!I spoke with the manager and he did not seem surprised at all. He said “ oh, it must have been the lettuce, though we do triple wash it”. He also did not do anything to reimburse us, when I persisted, he offered ‘MAYBE, next time you come in I could offer you a discount’. As if we would ever come back.More than a hundred dollars wasted and more than dozens of us without lunch.
