Kelley Square has been my go to place since moving to Worcester! Their food is amazing, they deliver late which works perfectly for us late night workers and their staff go above and beyond! They are always so kind, whether you pop in or get delivery. Highly recommend! Shout out to the ones who pay attention to the "special instructions" section! (See picture attached lol)

food came COLD AND SOGGY !!! took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver, they should have said NO .. just sad because i paid good money for SLOP ! robbery at its finest ! thank GOD for an airfrier

imagine waiting an hour and 15 minutes for soggy fries an d a soggy sandwich. Why cook food, you know wont be delivered warm?! My food was cold, not a crunch anywhere, couldnt tell the sandwhich was requested to be toasted and came with a load of onions after specifically asking NO ONION ( its on the receipt ) its just sad that fast food cost so much and they give you whatever they decide WHEN they decide. First time trying them, and it will be my LAST ! P.S you could atleast salt and pepper the chicken & fries .. BLAND BLAND BLAND !!! thank God i have an airfrier !
I use to go here all the time to get a Greek salad with tuna on it. It always came with pita bread si u can make a sandwich with the tuna. Now they have some weird gross bread u can't do nothing with for they are stick shaped. Very disappointing . Of course being in Kelly Square you already no theres no parking nd uts a huge fight to try and find it. Miss the old Kelly Sq pizza. They waa worth the fight of parking.

I ordered a delivery of 2 sandwiches and the guy took my ordered rung it in wrong other than how I communicated and then told me he would still charge me claimed he read the order back but failed to realize only one was supposed to be toasted bought me a extremely blazing hot chicken salad sandwich almost burned my mouth and refused to make me another sandwich didn't even say he'd take the old one back and then wanted to charge me for his own mistake save your money and be careful when you order from here I even had a withness who heard me speak to him when I placed the order horrible customer service!!!!!!!
