overpriced rubbish. nowhere to sit. We use to go to the one @ Jordans in Natick/Framingham. This is nowhere the same experience, as far as atmosphere, staff and food. Might as well go to a greek pizza shop.

Roast beef was rare and tasteless. Very tough, sliced too thick. Four of us trying it for the first and last time prices were high sandwiches were sloppy and falling apart. They will not make it. People are not going to pay that kind of money for such a terrible product and return. Sorry Kelly ‘s roast beef. It’s no wonder we were the only ones in there.

First time Here and it was delicious! The prices were a little higher than I expected but the quality was great as well as the portions. The large fry is in a MASSIVE bag, for sure only needed a small haha. I can’t wait to come back and try the clams

That was the worst roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had ordered a large. There must’ve been four pieces in it. It was chewy almost raw. Very disappointed. Leave to say I won’t be going back. I went next-door to Jersey Mike’s and got a real roast beef sandwich. roast beef was almost slimy gross

We went last year when they first opened and it wasn't very good. Thought we'd give it another try. It was worse. The roast beef was a little tough and didn't have much flavor. The bun was tough and chewy. The worst was the clam chowder. We couldn't eat it. It was filled mostly with what I assumed was clam meat. But it looked like chunk lite tuna. It was chewy and had no flavor, There was almost no broth, and what little there was tasted horrible! Like vinegar.

Salad potentially not properly washed, seafood and onion rings barely seasoned, tartar sauce was also bland.
I grew up in the Boston area and used to go to Kelly's. I was hoping this one would be just as good. It has no atmosphere at all and the roast beef sandwich I got had no flavor and the onion rings tasted like they dumped the entire container of salt on it. Think that will be my last visit.

The roast beef was nothing special at all. I heard so many raving reviews about it. Mine came out cold and dry. And was really below or at equal Supermarket value. I would definitely go somewhere else but the scallops are pretty good. I don't know with all the hype is about. The last article I read about Kelly's it was sold off. Anyways enjoy your life! There is a Jersey Mike's Nextdoor to Kelly's in Worcester I think the quality is better there personally.
