We are in town for work and travel a lot, we haven't seen this place.Anywhere and decided to give it a try.Since we couldn't get in across the street at blonchon i'd definitely advise you to Come here and try their lobster rolls and their shrimp. That's what we had. It was amazing i am prepared to perfection, melissa was a great crew member that walked us through her menu and explain the different foods and even told us her favorites. The rest of the crew has went over and beyond for our food and service . Shout out to melissa, madysem, Pedro (not the one from napoleon dynamite) lol, amber and Socrates. They all played a good part in preparing our food tonight. That was amazing.I'm happy we stopped in. tasted a little bit of love in there. If you do go there and try this food, make sure you leave a review of your order. And your service, it will definitely help them grow. And if you're reading this far, i'm just gonna let the next person know go in there with kindness and you're going to be treated with kindness and that goes for anywhere you go start the conversation well.

Decided to try Kelly’s for the first time and was terribly disappointed. Was excited to try it and it was an immediate no. The food was completely tasteless to the point where I didn’t even eat it. Waste of money. Will not go back.

I grew up eating Kelly's on the beach at the original location, and then others in Medford and Saugus. When I heard this one opened a few miles away from me I was very happy because I missed a good roast beef place. The chicken fingers and onion rings are just like I remembered as a kid and they were my favorite. The roast beef itself from any Kelly's was always solid, never the best. However, this is a great experience that I hope others can enjoy!

Bought roast beef sandwiches, shrimp slider, onion rings and a smoothie to bring to my mom. She really enjoyed everything.

Went to the drive thru today and the chicken tender platter was good and filling!! Melissa was at the window and she was so so sweet, there needs to be more people out there with customer service like herself:)

First time here—- the sandwich was fresh and the bread was good. A 6 dollar side of Mac and cheese came out and it was just Kraft Mac in a cup…. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have ordered. Besides that, the staff was kind, the place was clean— prices a little high.

Not impressed. The chicken tenders had tendons in them so when you bit into them they didn’t come apart - disgusting. This is what happens when you get a cheap piece of chicken which isn’t prepared correctly, but I figured Kelly’s wouldn’t be this cheap. The hotdog was OK but was barely warm. They forgot to give me my fries and instead gave me a random little mini pulled pork sandwich. It was gross. I will not be returning. Two stars because three of the six chicken tenders were edible and were pretty good.

This was my second time ordering and picking up Kelly's using the DoorDash service in the last three months. The first time my wife and I ordered everything was 5 out of 5 stars with our food and experience. On this evening's order, the food was ready when I arrived. The most recent order was on Labor Day, so it seemed like staffing was light. There were two people in front of me waiting on their orders to be wrapped up. I remember the staff seemed a little more welcoming during my last visit. I wouldn't want to be working when everyone else is enjoying the day off. I did add a tomato on my sandwich through the app, and this was missed.

With the items I was more critical of about my experience out of the way, the food was excellent. I ordered the Roast Beef Sandwich with Au Jus and a Caesar Salad Half. We also ordered a Large Onion Ring. They included several sides of Au Jus, Caesar Salad Dressing, and Ketchup packets. I was very impressed that they didn't leave us wanting for our Au Jus and salad dressing.

Based on another positive experience, we will definitely return again to Kelly's Roast Beef.

Kelly's is the opposite of its neighbor Chic fillet. While Chic fillet is a model of efficiency at serving customers Kelly's is not. When we entered the place it was empty with only a couple customers. The server took our order a plate of chicken tenders for the kids and surf and turf roast beef and a lobster roll for myself and a scallop roll for my wife.
We waited a good 15 min for our order and in that time period watched two different people come in stand at the counter and be ignored by waitstaff and both ended up walking out without ordering. When our meal arrived my wife's food wasn't in the bag. When I questioned the server she forgot to enter in my wife's order. How I have know idea the store was empty and dead silent and we ordered three items? Both the roast beef & lobster roll were alright but nothing to write home about especially for that price point 30s. Seeing the quality of service or lack there of my wife didn't want to wait for another meal and we just split mine. The chicken tender plate was just a typical chicken tenders you'd find on any kids menu. I predict Kelly's doesn't survive in that location in the city with those prices points while providing sub part service the staff is super unmotivated. There are so many superb family restaurants in the Park Ave area do not waste your time or money with Kelly's it's a big disappointment.

They cook the roast beef in house and the small sandwich is rather large. The clam chowder is the best anywhere. The chowder is loaded with clams, plus potatoes, clam juice, cream (maybe milk?) and butter. Also, clams are one of the best choices for ecologically-minded seafood consumption because they're local and reproduce rapidly.
